Please read.
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. In the event the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-advertise the booking slot. In addition a security/damage deposit of £50 is required when the balance is paid. This will be returned within 1 week of departure once the caravan has been checked.
The caravan must be left tidy and clean, the cost of any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit.
All payments to be by bank transfer.
All bookings will be subject to the rules applicable to Kelling Heath Holiday Park.
If the hirer makes a cancellation after full payment is made within the period up to 6 weeks before arrival, a refund will be due, but this refund will be on a reducing, sliding scale determined by how much time is left between the cancellation date and the arrival date. Cancellation within a week of arrival will result in no refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to take bookings from Stag and Hen parties as this is not allowed by the Park.
On receipt of the full hire charge we will send details on how the keys will be issued, normally two weeks prior to arrival.
Arrivals times are from 3 pm and departure times by 10 am

Guests booking must be resident during the whole hire period, no subletting is allowed.
All guests will need to provide details of their home address and a phone number on which they can be contacted during their stay.
