Elevated veranda giving good views of the surrounding countryside, Also a fully fitted kitchen including cooker toaster utensils and crockery etc. Car parking for 2 cars to the side of the caravan.

Description

3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 6 stunning condition, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms , 2 separate wc's and a sliding door shower cubicle.

Fully fitted kitchen including utensils, crockery pots and pans kettle toaster etc

Veranda to side and front with patio table and chairs and parasol

Lounge area includes large TV and DVD player and a built in electric fire and lots of seating space

Dining table and 4 chairs in dining area

Double glazed throughout and central heating in all rooms

Lovely views from elevated veranda of stunning countryside

WIFI passes can be bought on site approx £20 per week but WIFI is free in the sports bar.

Duvets and pillows are provided please bring your own towels and bed-linen

Access to Waterside's entertainment complex, bars and restaurants is included in the rental. Access to Watersides swimming pools and gym can be arranged on check in at reception. Currently the charge for the pool is £3.60/£2.90 per day or £15/£12 per week per adult/child.

It is a 5 minute walk to the beach or if you are more energetic explore the stunning coastline as there are lovely walks from the park.
Please enquire about pet prices as there is a charge for extra cleaning.

There is a lovely dog walking area behind the caravan next to the 5 a side football pitch

Waterside park is an amazing place everywhere is spotless and the 4 swimming pools are great for the children and the men will love the sports bar.

There is evening entertainment every night in the club house and on-site is a spa if you fancy it,
Also on site is a newly refurbished restaurant and take away shop there are buses from the park into Weymouth Town centre and return for a small charge if you fancy venturing out

There is also a spar shop on site in case you need to top up on groceries and a childrens 5 a side football pitch.

Thank you Malcolm, what a lovely caravan so comfortable, and so clean and in a perfect place, and the views are amazing, The caravan had everything that was needed, bedrooms were a lovely size, even Shadow our GSD, loved the veranda, sitting there watching the world go by. Just back from a 9 night stay and we all had such a lovely stay. Malcolm has been really responsive and the customer care has been amazing. The van was clean and had all the things you need and more. My girls particularly loved all the little comforts from home like kids plates etc. We will definitely look to book again. Thank you.

Lovely clean caravan in quiet area of park. All equipment you could wish for. Malcolm and his wife were very attentive from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely first class. From ease of booking to spotless, well equipped caravan on arrival. Great location on park and park is in a great location in Weymouth. We love the Park and the area and love Weymouth. Caravan is extremely well equipped. Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for a great holiday, will deffo be back.

Lovely clean comfortable caravan with brilliant views in a quiet area, well equipped with loads of extras, & top marks for customer service. We were a family of 8 (3 generations) & wanted 2 caravans for the week close together, Malcolm really went out of his way to try & find another one for us, which we eventually found on another site, & was just 1/2 dozen vans along from us. We had a few calls from Malcolm - on our way to Weymouth, as we arrived, checking every thing was ok & one on our way home asking if we had a good holiday & every thing was ok. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation & customer service & would have no hesitation in recommending his caravan

my brother and i have rented on this site since 1980, many times with our families and friends and with pets. this caravan was as good as the brand new one we had last year which was no pets. it was spotless,all cleaned to very high standards, it was well supplied with bits and bobs and malcolm had even got us a fan which was nice due to hot week. nice quiet plot, great for dogs,good views over the site.malcolm made us very welcome and we have booked again for september. great job and thankyou jeff & phil

What a wonderful Holiday Home. Lovely quiet location backing onto fields with views overlooking the caravan park. The customer service booking experience was easy and the owner was always contactable if needed. On settling into our holiday we received a complementary call from the owner to ensure we were comfortable and everything was to our liking. The caravan was spotlessly clean and very comfortable,we had every facility we needed. We look forward to future visits.Thank you for our lovely holiday.
