Owner Description

Our well presented 8 berth caravan is sited on the Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. The park is situated close to Fantasy Island and a short bus ride away from Butlins and Skegness where you will find the fun fair and pier located. The park has fresh water fishing lakes, a pub and a launderette and there is also a fully stocked fishing tackle shop and cafe close by. We are within a two minute walking distance from the beach with direct access from the park. The site also has plenty of shops within walking distance and plenty fast food outlets including a fish and chip shop, Chinese and Indian take aways.

Perfect accommodation with perfect surroundings. Lovely for a short break! I stayed here for 4 days and couldn’t of wished for a better experience. Spotless caravan, clean and tidy. No faults found. Alex is very responsive with messages no matter the question and very friendly. I really enjoyed my break! Plenty to do for couples, families etc! Great entertainment bars local. All round 10 out of 10! I will be returning!!

We had a fun filled & comfortable stay for our 5 night break! Caravan was clean & adequate for our needs on a lovely quiet site but close enough to walk to near attractions. Alex was extremely helpful and speedy with all his responses! Excellent value for money and lots to do in the local area at reasonable prices for the kiddies! Thanks both for a lovely stay we look forward to visiting again!

Just returned from weekend here. This is a lovely caravan good size nice and clean. Its on a quiet site nice and peaceful and clean. Cafe and fish pond close by. ( Pub on site too hence a short walk). Good location for everything. Alex kept in contact from start to end with advise . ???? thumbs up from us

Had an enjoyable few days with the children, caravan and whole site very clean and peaceful. Plenty to do in the local vicinity and beach just a short stroll from caravan itself. Absolutely perfect for a little getaway, will come again.Thanks Sue and Alex.

We hired this caravan for a short last minute break- Lovely, clean caravan which has everything you need for a holiday away. It’s very comfortable inside and has a lot of space. The decking area was very nice and spacious and had table and chairs available to use which would be nice in the warmer weather. The customer service was excellent - Alex was very quick to respond to our enquiry and any questions we had during our stay. The location is great - close to shops, restaurants, arcades and the farm. About a 10 min walk to fantasy island and the market but there are also busses which run to and from Butlins and Skegness town. I would definitely 100% recommend this caravan and we will definitely be rebooking when we next return to Skeg. Thanks again!!
