Ocean Edge Holiday Park

This is a very nice clean family 2 bedroom caravan with central heating, double glazing in a well positioned plot near all the amenities.
It has a large lounge area with gas fire with a pull out bed under the seating area. There is a well presented kitchen with full oven and cooker, integrated fridge freezer and dining table.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite toilet with plenty of wardrobes and drawers.There is a second bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is also a good size bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are supplied. Towels are not supplied.
Pleasant decking area with partial sea view.

Well behaved pets are welcome. Small dogs only
A £50 deposit is required within 1 week of enquiry, plus an additional £50 bond. The bond will be refunded provided no damage has occurred, or any extensive cleaning is needed. This applies to first time customers only. Full payment is to be paid up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment is to be paid by Bank Transfer, or cheque. (cheques must be cleared before documents for your stay can be sent out).
