We welcome you to our privately owned, family friendly, fully equipped home from home, our holiday caravan is set on a very well presented clean & tidy Parkdean Holiday complex on the Kent coast. Please take a look at the YouTube link below. Pitch number 353 Valencia Heights.

Just across the road outside the site, literally 5 minutes’ walk & you’re on the long flat sandy Greatstone beach which is perfect for Children & Adults alike. Plus plenty to explore in the local area

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin & 1 double sofa bed, sleeps 6 in total.

Double glazed & heated throughout. Bedding supplied just bring your own towels.

£50/night low season & 100/night high season + discounts for long stays.

Family With Young Children

We enjoyed our time here, although unseasonably wet and cold for August. After emailing owners re central heating and not being able to get it to come on, chris and Trevor arrived minutes after and sorted it. The caravan was clean, comfy and well equipped. Bedding was lovely, games and puzzles were provided, both adult and children’s which helps if the weather is bad. Overall we had a lovely break and would use this caravan again without hesitation

Really lovely family caravan and perfect for our stay at Romney Sands. It's in a nice quiet area of the park, but only a short distance to the clubhouse and play area. The caravan has nice touches which you don't get with ones hired through a company, like a table and chairs outside so you can eat out there on nice evenings and also crockery and bedding which are really lovely and pretty, not the standard boring white! We had a lovely time and Chris was really responsive to any queries. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking this caravan again in the future.
