Harvey and Michael have gave us outstanding customer service from the second we booked, right through to the very end, they both couldn’t have been any more helpful, from sending us traffic links, to checking in and seeing how we are, and if there’s anything we needed whilst at our stay at olive tree. Olive tree is in the perfect location, is exceptionally clean and very very good value for money. When we arrived at olive tree we was all stunned how lovely it is. It was SO clean there was no sign of any other guest being in there just hours before our arrival! A good selection of dvds and games are also provided, not to mention the book stand with all the books! My daughter loved looking through them! Such a lovely touch to a lovely caravan! We will 100% be back again and we cannot wait! It’s a 5 star from us! Thank you both!

Excellent communication from start to finish with plenty of helpful tips...the caravan is very cosy and spotlessly clean, the decking is a god send as you can enjoy the comfortable furniture any time of the day...all in all we had a lovely holiday with no complaints whats so ever.

Harvey & Michael really do know how to do things right. The holiday home was immaculate, all kitchen utensils supplied and of good quality. A very large decked area with plenty of top end furniture. Location could not be better either, just a short few steps to the main venue and pool area, watch the iconic steam train passing by as you enjoy the sun from the decking. Communication from start to finish with the owner's has been clear and prompt. This gem of a home has much more to give and promises everyone a 5* holiday in Torbay.

So our third stay at Olive Tree and we have another stay booked for July - so this says it all really. A totally fantastic holiday "home from home" . The caravan is perfectly positioned on the site - close to the pool ( yes we swam outdoors in April as the pool is heated ) and minutes walk to the headland where the views are incredible. The decking area is a real added bonus and really gets the sun too. Thanks again guys!!!

Olive grove proved to be just what we needed to relax and recharge our batteries. That said , we enjoyed costal walks to lovely coves and beaches some of which were challenging but which walked off the fantastic food at the Smugglers and the Waterside Inn which I would highly recommend for taste and value . The caravan was welcoming to us and our doggy family, Harvey and Micheal thought of everything from dog bowls to gin glasses. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for a lovely holiday xx

Just returned home from an fantastic 5 nights in Devon. Holiday home (Caravan) was absolutely brilliant. When we opened the door we knew we picked the right place for our stay. Pure perfection from the original enquiry about the caravan right through our holiday. It is our second holiday at Olive Tree and we have already got 2 booked for next year. Our first time visiting Paignton and we couldn’t have stayed in a better accommodation. The caravan had absolutely everything we could have needed and was extremely comfortable and clean. The booking process was seamless and Michael kept in contact throughout the whole thing. Always on the end of a message to give us tips on where to go etc a lovely touch to making our time that much better. You will not regret booking this lovely caravan. There is nothing that you wouldn’t like in this beautiful holiday home. Michael and Harvey have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a fountain of knowledge with regards to places to go and where to eat out, not that you need to as everything you need to cook a delightful meal is on hand even down to the gin glasses. Such thoughtful guys, it was my birthday and anniversary celebrations and upon arrival they had put banners in the caravan which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated along with a lovely gift. Whatever the weather you will have everything you need with the gated deck area with furniture for alfresco dinning and sunbathing to the caravan which has full central heating so if you can’t wait till summer and you want a winter break get booking. This is our second stay in olive tree and I’m sure there will be many more. I can’t recommend both the holiday home or the guys enough and I know your stay will be a happy one.

This was our 2nd stay at Olive Tree and the caravan has on both occasions been excellent and extremely clean and tidy . The overall process from the enquiry stage of the booking to getting access to the caravan was first class with all things covered .Michael kept us fully informed throughout the process with emails to confirm our deposit and final payments of the booking prior to our holiday. The caravan itself is located in an excellent spot on a lovely site with lots of amenities and is fully equipped with a lovely outdoor secure decked area with seating and dining area .There is ample on site parking directly at the front of Olive Tree which is great and if you choose to walk it is approximately 2 miles to Paignton Central area or the bus route is close by . Wish we could have scored more than 5. The service we received from start to finish was exemplary. Throughout the whole booking process We were kept up to date with all latest COVID restrictions. we had the holiday home booked 2 years ago but with covid 19 was delayed until this year. Michael was in touch all through out updating us as soon as he had heard himself as to if we could come down. Arrived on saturday for our 2 week stay in olive tree holiday home and was not dissapointed, everthing was how Michael had explained in the email. we could not have asked for a better location for my disabled parents that had come with us. It was lovely and clean and everything was thought of for us from a dvd player, welcome pack, dab radio and various information for the days out. we also had a covid 19 pack which we welcomed and used. I can not recommend enough the Olive tree Holiday home for a stay in the most wonderful English RIviera offered by Michael & Harvey. well done guys keep up the good work.

This holiday was worth the years wait!! Had originally planned it for 2020. The caravan was immaculately clean, fantastic location and the outdoor decking space is just perfect. We have an 11 year old so we made good use of the outdoor heated pool. We also have a dog and there are so many brilliant walks within minutes of the caravan. The views from the headland are incredible. We have already booked for later in the year and will do for next year too. Great stay from start to finish! Caravan is clean and modern and has everything you could need. It’s situated on a lovely site with lots of amenities and friendly staff. There are also fantastic views from the headland a short stroll away. The location is great and acts as the perfect base to explore Torbay. We would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Olive tree is beautifully presented and the attention to detail is fantastic. There is everything you could possibly need to provide you with the perfect holiday experience. There isn’t anything I wouldn’t recommend in this lovely gem. The decking are is a perfect place to sit and relax and provides a proper little sun trap for sun lovers, fully fenced and gated for your fur babies to be secure and able to relax on and with a dining table and lounge seating everything has been well thought out and provided to give the perfect holiday. What can I say, everything was excellent, despite the fact that our break had to be cut short because of LOCKDOWN 2. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have wanted for a comfortable, as it turned out long weekend. Our dogs loved the decking where they could safely sit and watch the world go by. Communication could not have been better, from initial booking through to keeping us informed during our break as to what Michael thought would have to happen due to the second lockdown. We were due a refund as we had to leave before the leaving date booked and the money was in our bank account before we got home! Although not the break we had planned, we went to a lot of our favourite places, many of which were also recommendations of Michael & Harvey and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It is very much our wish that we will return to this lovely home from home.

After lockdown we were desperate for a ‘change of scenery’, but a little apprehensive about COVID & possible holiday cancellation. However, with regular updates & assurances from Michael, we had no fears about our holiday, & were not disappointed with our selection. The caravan is only a couple of years old, is lovely & contained everything we needed - home from home. The large decking area & furniture was ideal for sitting out in the warm evenings & although all the park facilities were right next door, (which was very handy), the park itself, although quite busy, was relatively quiet & we were not disturbed by late entertainment. The site is also very well positioned & central to Brixham, Paignton, Torquay & Totnes to name just a few. I would definitely recommend a stay at this caravan & if you require further information, just ask Michael - he is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We understand how apprehensive it can be for guests embarking on holidays so soon after Lock Down, so it is really encouraging for us to hear how well we were able to reassure you and provide a Holiday Home that was able to offer you a "Home form Home & change of scenery", whilst also meeting the Government Covid Secure requirements. From the moment we booked we were confidently reassured about Covid Clean and guarantee regarding any lockdown cancellations being covered. Waterside is in a great central location for exploring. We would recommend Fairy Cove, Goodrington, broadsands, Paignton Zoo, Brixham and the Steam Train to Dartmouth. There is a coastal path close to the caravan, however we did not attempt that with a 2 year old but looked great and you would see some amazing views. The booklet in the caravan is informative with information, we did have a takeaway and a taxi from the caravan without any issues. From the caravan, my girls loved seeing the Steam Train go past! The park is on the caravans doorstep and there are some lovely views from the other side of the train tracks. We did not use any of the onsite facilities but they were within a 1 minute walk of the caravan. The decking area was fantastic to eat and chill outside. We took a 1m sized paddling pool which fit on the decking with ample space. Parasol was very useful for sunny days! I would advise to take a throw if you want to sit out on the decking on an evening as it lost the sun around 5:30pm. The caravan is very well equipped regarding kitchen utensils and electricals (and of good quality). One thing I would add is that for the calibre of the caravan, a hairdryer would be useful as it is normally one item I tend to forget. The decor inside is lovely. There is a variety of DVDs which we made use of. The TV is a smart TV which would be beneficial for young children. The shower was of a great quality with good water pressure. Parking was not an issue. The communication we had from start to finish was excellent and any problems Michael was there to help and offered excellent customer service. What a fantastic holiday we had! The caravan is ideal with everything you can possibly need, and the large decking area is just lovely for a few drinks! It is perfectly positioned on the site for the amenities, access to the beach and of course for spotting the Steam Train going by - which my little boy loved! We were due to go down to Waterside today 22nd March, but due to the Coronavirus were advised very sensibly by Michael that they were closing their beautiful holiday home as per the Government Advise. Needless to say we were so disappointed, but also grateful that this sensible decision had been made by the owners, they did not want to put any unnecessary burden on the Local Community and did not feel it fair to us as the area and site had been all but "shut down" not pubs, no cafes etc. If only all Holiday Home owners were this sensible. The contact that we had from Michael and Harvey was first class and several options were open to us from them, but unfortunately had to receive a Refund, as were not sure when were able to go down again, but the Refund was issued almost immediately. I just wanted to say a big "Thank You" it must have been a heartbreaking decision for you both to make, but without question the most responsible for your guests and the local community as a whole. We would not hesitate to recommend booking with Harvey Michael Holidays and will be doing so ourselves when we are able.

We decided last Monday to get away for a while in lovely Devon. We booked at last minute and Michael was just so great to deal with. He was wonderful and helpful. While down there we had calls to see if all was ok. I had an accident while down there and he kept in touch with me to see if I was good. Such a wonderful person, fantastic large caravan with king size bed. Clean and tidy and I got my bond back the same day with extra as I had to come early due to health problem. The olive tree is a beautifully clean and cosy home from home. From the moment we enquired about booking, Michael and Harvey were very attentive and communicating was easy, they kept us fully informed and the courtesy calls shows that they really do care about their guests experience. Olive Tree is an absolute gem of a home from home, immaculately presented, squeaky clean and cosy with super comfy king size bed and spacious decked and gated verandah where we enjoyed our morning coffee and our evening glass of wine whilst our little dog sat glued to the gate waiting for the sound of the steam train as it chugged past and watching the world go by. The caravan was perfect with tasteful furnishings and appliances throughout, even the broom and dustpan/brush were colour co-ordinated to match! Michael and Harvey were the perfect hosts from the initial booking process to the thoughtful little message for our journey back home, great communication and attention to detail, they really do everything possible to make your stay most enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying at Olive Tree, its by far the nicest caravan we have stayed in and look forward to a return visit.

Really lovely caravan, spotless & interior decoration very tasteful. A lovely little home from home, being able to sit outside with a lovely glass of wine was a bonus, as well as the good weather we had that week. Michael was a pleasure to talk to from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, even a thoughtful courtesy call to ask if we`d settled in okay. Hopefully we`ll be able to return at some point in the future.

Fantastic caravan on a great site. The caravan was cleaned to such a high standard that you would've never of known that another dog had Stayed. The decking was a real plus for our pup to sit and watch the world go by whilst we enjoyed a drink in the sun. Michael and Harvey made the booking process very easy and gave great information about the surrounding area for us to explore. I would recommend this caravan to my friends and hope to visit again.

From the moment of confirming our booking with Michael and Harvey the 'customer service' we received and continued to receive throughout our wonderful holiday was outstanding. Michael and Harvey provided us with fantastic local recommendations of places that have given my Husband and I and our two children (under 5) with unforgettable memories. My husband and I are well travelled people, we have stayed in lots of lovely hotels and private villas all around the world. We can both confidently say that this beautiful Caravan in Paignton has been our most stress free holiday and was cleaner and more welcoming than anywhere we have been. From the folder in the living area packed with places to go places to eat and restaurants that deliver take out to the park, to the full sized (not a rubbish travel thing) iron in the bedroom, the attention to detail and personal touches in the caravan are fantastic and surpassed any expectations. Upon arriving at the caravan the first thing we noticed was the huge decked area. We were absolutely delighted that it was securely gated which meant our children could safely play, this was such a help as they very much enjoyed waiting outside for the next steam train to pass! (It was also a great place to lounge in the evening with a G&T!) The inside of the caravan is beautiful, immaculately clean and when we arrived smelt devine. The decor is very modern and flows throughout the whole place beautifully. We immediately felt so welcome and at home and our children were very happy with their bedroom. The Caravan is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we were perticulary impressed with the level of thought that has gone in providing guests with a home from home experience with extensive kitchen utensils etc. We also really appreciated the children's plates and bowls, it is the little things like this that just give us one less thing to worry about! We both would like to thank Michael and Harvey for making our time together as a family in Paignton as magical as it was. Without you guys we wouldn't have been to half of the amazing places we did. We can't thank you enough!! There are no ' ifs and maybes' we WILL be back!!

This is a perfect, clean caravan, on a lovely site .The only down side was we found the shower room on the small side,but did'nt takeaway from the lovely time we had for my 60th birthday.

Having read all the previous reviews I can only say I agree with everything they have written. The caravan was spotlessly clean ,and Michael done everything he could to make my stay a pleasure. Fabulous! The caravan is home from home from the matching decor to all the amenities with in the caravan.It was cleaned to a very high standard. Thank you to Michael for keeping me fully informed by email and text and it was a little bonus to receive a text on arrival to say the caravan was ready earlier than expected and then a phone call the following day to make sure we were settled in. I visit Torbay regularly so will definitely book this caravan again.

Its a great pleasure to know you felt "Home from Home" during your stay. When availability & turnaround routine allow us to offer an earlier check in, we will always try to let arriving guests know, so they can take advantage. We have just returned from a wonderful 9 night stay. Michael and Harvey are exceptional owners who are attentive to ensuring that their guests are well looked after and happy - from the booking process through to the standard of the accommodation and final departure. The accommodation is clean and well equipped meaning that you feel comfortable from the outset - and finally somewhere that has gin glasses supplied! Highly recommended and great location to see the steam trains - a one min walk and you also have spectacular coastal views.

We have just returned from taking our 7 year old granddaughter away for a couple of nights to this wonderful caravan. It was her first stay away in a caravan and she adored every moment of it. If you are looking for a spotlessly clean with no faults this is the booking you must make - do not hesitate! Michael was amazingly accommodating from start to finish and made the whole process very easy. We will return again in the future I am sure.

WOW... fantastic holiday home. We have never stayed anywhere so immaculately cleaned even the coat hangers in the wardrobes are colour coordinated with the impeccable decor throughout and Michael was amazing very informative even texting to let me know when the cleaners had finished earlier than planned. We can 100% recommend this one, totally faultless thank you.

Me and my family stayed here for just over a week, this caravan is truely a home from home with everything you need, even loo roll! The caravan is clean to a very high standard, perfectly located for whatever your holiday holds, be it busy or relaxing out in the sun. Harvey and Michael are amazing and nothing is too much. I cant wait to go again and would highly recomend to everyone.
