Owner Description

Welcome to Olive Tree, our brand new 2018 Willerby Skye, 2 bedroom Gold+ Holiday Home.

Olive Tree sleeps 6 and consists of, a living area, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and utilities cupboard. Outside is a gated decking area, furnished with a dining set as well as a sofa set. The Home is fully centrally heated and double glazed throughout. Parking is available immediately in front, and access is just 4 steps with solid handrails either side.

HOLIDAY HOME DETAILS
Bedrooms (Carpetted):
The master bedroom contains a king size bed, which lifts to provide full under bed storage, large double door wardrobe with shelf and hanging space, bedside tables with double drawers, dressing table with large wall mounted mirror, overbed storage shelves & cupboards, individually controlled wall mouted bedside lights.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, with space under each for storage, one wall mounted wardrobe with hanging space, 2 wall mouted cupborads with shelves, single bedside table between the beds.

Bathroom (Laminate floor);
Containing a spacious walk in shower with sliding door access, wash basin & toilet, plus extractor fan. There is a wall mouted bathroom cabinet over the basin, with a door mounted mirror and a centrally heated floor mounted towel rail. A free standing storage unit for items such as spare toilet rolls

Living Area:
Fully carpetted, with 3 large windows. An "L" shape sofa seating at least 6, which also contains a fold out double bed as well as additional storage space. Oblong dining table and a square coffee table. Remote controlled wall mounted electric fire, 32" HD TV with seperate DVD player, DAB Radio.

Kitchen Area:
Laminate floor covered throughout. Gas oven, grill and 4 burner gas hob with overhead extractor fan & lighting. Wall mounted electric combination cooker (microwave, grill, cooker), full height 70/30 fridge/freezer, plentiful cupboads at both floor and eye level. Sink & draining board. Ample work top space.

Utilities Cupboard:
Floor to ceiling, divided into two, the rear part contains the eye level mouted "Ariston E-Combi" boiler for the central heating & hot water supply. Once the door to the boiler area is closed, the front part is a cloak room with wall mounted coat hooks

All windows, less bathroom & kitchen, are fitted with pole mounted opening curtains & tie backs as well as "openable" net curtains. The bathroom & kitchen have blinds.

Outside:
A 19' x 12' raised decking is mounted to one side of the caravan, with a centrally positioned 4 step & gated access.
This decking area has a rattan dining table and cushioned chairs, as well as a rattan cushioned sofa and footstool. A folding butlers table is available for outdoor use. The decking provides a safe & secure space for both younger children as well as our dog guests.
To complement the appearance, the home & decking area is surronded by a full skirt.
Access is from flat ground, with only the hand-railed 4 steps to the decking to negotiate.

Additional points:
Outside School Holidays, bookings generally 3 days minimum weekend and 4 day minimum mid week. However please enquire and we will be flexible where we can to meet your specific needs.

Dogs can be considered to be included in your stay, and should be mentioned at the time of initial enquiry. A small charge of £20.00 per dog per stay is made.

In line with Waterside practise, the holiday home is No Smoking.
Candles and other naked flames must not be used in the home or on the decking.

LOOK AHEAD TO DECEMBER & THE DARTMOUTH STEAM RAILWAY "TRAIN OF LIGHTS"
After a sell out 1st year in 2018, the "Train of Lights" returns for Winter 2019, and with more dates and more trains each day.
Over the period the steam hauled "Train of Lights" is scheduled to operate, we are pleased to offer 2 night weekend breaks from £80.00 and 3 night mid week breaks from £114.00 And our first weekend is already booked up
The passing "Train of Lights" can be seen from the Holiday Home decking & living room windows, or walk 250 meters under the railway bridge to the headland for an even closer view of this Illuminated Steam Spectacle

Trains are advertised to operate as follows:
29th & 30th November
1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 14th, 16th, 18th-23rd and 27th-30th December
Trains depart Paignton at 16:45, 18:45 and 20:45 on each of these dates.

Fabulous! The caravan is home from home from the matching decor to all the amenities with in the caravan.It was cleaned to a very high standard. Thank you to Michael for keeping me fully informed by email and text and it was a little bonus to receive a text on arrival to say the caravan was ready earlier than expected and then a phone call the following day to make sure we were settled in. I visit Torbay regularly so will definitely book this caravan again.

We have just returned from a wonderful 9 night stay. Michael and Harvey are exceptional owners who are attentive to ensuring that their guests are well looked after and happy - from the booking process through to the standard of the accommodation and final departure. The accommodation is clean and well equipped meaning that you feel comfortable from the outset - and finally somewhere that has gin glasses supplied! Highly recommended and great location to see the steam trains - a one min walk and you also have spectacular coastal views.

We have just returned from taking our 7 year old granddaughter away for a couple of nights to this wonderful caravan. It was her first stay away in a caravan and she adored every moment of it. If you are looking for a spotlessly clean with no faults this is the booking you must make - do not hesitate! Me and my family stayed here for just over a week, this caravan is truely a home from home with everything you need, even loo roll! The caravan is clean to a very high standard, perfectly located for whatever your holiday holds, be it busy or relaxing out in the sun. Harvey and Michael are amazing and nothing is too much.
