The caravan has a decking area with comfortable seating and dining area also parking area next to the decking. Full gas central heating and double glazing throughout and comprises of :-

Double Bedroom – King size bed, side drawers, Double wardrobe, drawers and storage units above the bed, dressing table ,mirror stool, 28 inch smart TV, radiator and en suite shower room with hand basin, toilet and radiator.

Twin Bedroom - Twin beds, chest of drawer, single wardrobe, storage units above both beds, mirror and radiator.

Main Bathroom - toiletries storage, large shower cubicle, hand basin, toilet, towel hooks and Radiator.

Living Room - Large wrap around sofa, 43” Ultra K flat screen TV, DVD player, coffee table and radiator.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hob and extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, table mats and drinks coasters, clothes airier, dustpan & brush

Dinning area, Table and seating.

Outside - Decking area with rattan seats and dinning table.

Duvets and pillows are included, towels are not provided. Bed Linen can be provided at a cost of £6.50 per person per week.

Our rental prices also include, gas, electric and WiFi.

The rental price includes Waterside entertainment passes for each member of your party, along with gas and electric. However, the pool/spa have a small additional charge, payable directly to the park. Waterside Holiday Park advise that the 2020 swimming pass prices are, we have not received confirmation of the cost of swimming passes for 2021:
Adult daily pass: £ 7.00
Child daily pass: £5.00
Adult weekly pass: £30.00
Child weekly pass: £25.00


If you require *shorter or longer stays (low season only) please contact us and we will see how we can accommodate your requirements and offer a discount for longer stays of 2 weeks or more.

Additional info:
Please note that the following facilities will not be available until the site receives the go ahead to open from Central Government ; Swimming Pool, Gym and Spa (if the swimming pool opens they will introduce a booking time slot and wrist band, the session will need to be booked in advance. I have not yet received confirmation of the opening of the Sports Bar & Restaurant, all children's play area's will be closed. The Shack will be open and there will be nightly entertainment (weather permitting) if not there will be live streaming via the smart TV in your holiday let (wifi enabled). I will post updates once these are received from Waterside.




On site shop, Indoor & Outdoor (open during the summer months) swimming pools & Gym, Spa, Fish & Chip takeaway, Restaurant, Sports Bar, Beach Bar and Bar Grill with Children’s play area. On site night time entertainment.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this van at the Waterside holiday park. Excellent van in superb condition and lovely location on the park just a short stroll from the main amenities. Sue the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and kept in constant contact throughout the booking. 5??

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this van at the Waterside holiday park. An outstanding van in superb condition. Great location on the park just a short walk from the main amenities. We had brilliant weather so the outdoor furniture on the decking was lovely to sit out on at night with a drink watching the sun go down. Sue the owner was extremely helpful throughout the booking and was in contact when required, nothing seemed too much trouble. 5 ??
