My family and I span all ages from old to young and each and everyone of us enjoyed our stay in Craig and Caroline’s caravan the extra touches of the wine and snack’s were really appreciated the caravan was spotlessly clean and had lots of room for us all we had a really relaxing time and we will hopefully be back next year

We had a lovely week's stay in this caravan - first in the area - and we will be back. Craig and Caroline's caravan was spotless, well-equipped, comfortable, and a with every little thing you could think of. We particularly liked the extra touches such as the huge storage box of beach toys etc outside, the wine and shortbread on arrival were appreciated, and number 1 son was very happy to have a chance to play on the Xbox and have some of his favourite games there too. Having lots of board games meant that we actually enjoyed family games night a few times too. We had a lovely holiday, and wouldn't have been so enjoyable without having a comfy, homely base to return to each day.

Had a great weekend in a caravan that had everything. Spotlessly clean, plenty of things for my little visitors to play with indoor and outdoor. Craig and Caroline excellent hosts available anytime for advise. Would definitely recommend a stay and will hopefully be back.

I can highly recommend Craig & Caroline’s caravan for a break away from it all. The caravan was spotless and had everything that was required including a lovely welcome gift. The location was perfect for me and my dog with walks under the trees to keep the rain off and longer walks along the coastal path. It’s a wee gem and I look forward to staying again.

We are just back from a great 3 night stay in Craig and Caroline's caravan. When we arrived the van was absolutely spotless. Fab location within the park - easy access to the beach and coastal walks . We fortunately had lovely weather so the decking is a great plus as we could sit and watch the kids playing on the grassy areas around the van. Highly recommend ?????

just putting everything away as I am just back from another lovely holiday in Craig and Caroline caravan their caravan is spotless and has lots of extra features including the French doors that lead out onto the wonderful wrap around decking, great because I can let the dog go out and wander and know she is okay .The caravan is in a great quiet spot in the park and only minutes from the beach and great walks.

Just back from holiday with family including the dog which was great as we wouldn't go without her! Caravan absolutely spotless, comfy, everything you need and lots of extras to keep the kids entertained e.g xbox, playing cards etc. Beautiful enclosed decking area. Caravan in a quiet area of the park. Space outside for kids to run about. Beach a 2 minute walk and 5 minute walk to complex. Certain parts of the beach are also quiet and you can walk forever! At times we were the only people there. Amazing! Last night we walked through the woods next to us and watched the sun set over the sea. Just glorious! Was the most chilled holiday we have had in years. Didn't want to leave. Craig and Caroline extremely helpful and only a phone call away. Thanks again guys for everything ???? ????????

Just back from a lovely week in this caravan with my family, 2 young kids and gran and grampa. Caravan was beautiful inside and out, surrounding area and 5 minute walk to restaurant, park and beach. Would definitely recommend this couples caravan they were really welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely use again. Thanks again Craig and Caroline x

my wife and I had a first class short break in a well equipped spotless residential caravan, the location is great, especially for dog owners, access to the beach and the forest walks is first class, we will be back.

just had another great stay at Craig and Carolines Caravan.I cant praise this caravan enough ,its spotless and caters for everybody The caravan is in an excellent position in the park and its nice and quiet the patio doors is a great asset as is the wrap around deck nice and safe for the dog who just went in and out as she wanted to will be back in August

Would highly recommend. Caravan is spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is in a nice quiet location. Veranda is perfect for sitting out relaxing after being out on the beach or on the coastal path. Would definitely return.

Brilliant van with balcony and loved the quiet location at beautiful Shell Bay. Older couple with grandkids and were grateful in the rainy weather for the extra facilities such as Xbox and the retro board games. Kids loved them. Chess! Brilliant they learned/taught each other. You seriously don’t get the extras in commercial hire van. Oops you forget salt n pepper, bin liners etc etc . The extra touch just makes it! ThanksCraig n Caroline for the welcome gesture and even felt like drinking the wine when the kids were mmm! But enjoying it tonight after dropping them off. ????

I have just returned from a fabulous well deserved break at Craig and Carolines caravan which is pitched at the perfect spot facing south and with the wrap around decking was perfect for sitting out. Their caravan is spotless and up to date decor and to leave a welcoming gift was a lovely jester. Would highly recommend and will definitely hire again.

Fantastic cosy caravan equipped with many extras. Just back from a 3 night break and can highly recommend this caravan. It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras like handwash, washing up liquid, kitchen paper and spare toilet paper. - really just needed to take bed cover and towels. Should have taken a bath mat but forgot that!Caravan is in a nice quiet sunny location and the site itself was fairly quiet. The wrap around veranda gives plenty of room to sit out and to dry off wet dogs after beach walks. Would definitely rebook through Craig and Caroline.

Just had 6days in craig and carolines caravan,really enjoyed my holiday. the caravan is spotless and has everything you need in a caravan and more.The french doors were a great asset as the dog could wander outside and be safe as the gate also locks.Cant praise this caravan enough and it is in a nice quiet spot.Already trying to book for next year Thanks Jessie

We have had the most wonderful week staying here. The caravan is modern, clean and very welcoming. The added touches such as the games and dolls were amazing as we have two small girls. Must say plenty there fir boys too . The surprise welcome gift of wine and biscuits was a lovely touch. The booking and contact was very efficient and Craig kept us up to date with any changes/updates a pleasure to deal with . You honestly couldn’t ask for more from a caravan and hosts can’t wait to return .

I have stayed in this caravan park a few times but this has been by far the best, the caravan is immaculate with everything you would need and more facility wise, and the large decking area and outdoor seating was amazing. There is a great selection of board games, Dvds, outdoor games and an Xbox that kept my son very happy, and lovely to receive the wine and shortbread as a gift. I met the owners who were lovely too and even after we left found we have left some stuff behind even kindly offered to post it out to us. Thank you for such an amazing holiday and we look forward to booking with you again.

Great location on site and the standard of the Caravan was fantastic with all the mod cons thrown in. Have never met the owners personally but built up a good rapport with Craig. Elie is a wonderful place and so is the Site itself. Though there were no facilities open due to Covid this had no impact on our holiday as there was lots to do in and around this beautiful town in Fife. A fantastic and peaceful 4 days in Craig’s caravan, it’s a wonderful caravan and worth every penny. The caravan site is next to a wonderful beach and location is a jewel. We have just left and would be happy to book a week for next year .

My family and I had a fantastic 4 night stay here. The caravan was immaculate and well equipped, which maybe it very easy for us to get settled in quickly with our 2 children. Craig was very helpful and efficient which made the whole process so easy. We really appreciated the welcome gift, and our 2 year daughter especially enjoyed all the fantastic toys that were there. We would definitely recommend this caravan and Elie Holiday Park. Our 6 year old son wants to return every year. Thank you again Craig.

Just back from Craig's caravan with 4 of my grandchildren whose ages ranged from 3 to 11 years and they all had a ball. Caravan had a treasure trove of toys and games both inside and outside and was also was very well equipped with everything we needed. Craig also kept in touch by text to make sure we had settled in okay. Thanks again Craig.

Lovely caravan in a lovely location. Great facilities.Patio doors onto wrap- around decking was great as we had the weather to benefit from it. Sofas were very soft/low particularly for mum but used her duvet to provide extra cushion which solved the problem. Very kind gesture to provide a lovely bottle of Pinot Grigio. Just a pity we had to drink it from PLASTIC wine goblets. Glasses for everything else- juice, beer etc. except the wine! Thought this was a bit odd particularly as you kindly provided the wine. Bought a couple of wine glasses locally. Shortbread you provided was delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay and we would definitely come back..

As you can see from the given ratings I was more than impressed with the caravan and service. First thing I noted was a nice welcome gift from the owner(bottle of wine & shortbread) and everything supplied from kitchen/toilet rolls/shampoo/tea/coffee/washing up items etc. The owners have made that bit more effort than standard which in my books gets noted. The caravan was very clean and what a bonus bringing along my sky box and a decent size TV in caravan to watch it on. If I am back in Elie or the east neuk of fife again my first port of call will be a phone call to Craig. To any other people interested in hiring this caravan do not hesitate I highly recommend this one. It is just that extra effort by the owners that make this caravan stick out more than the others. Big thanks to Craig & Caroline for an excellent stay and wee holiday break.

Had a great weekend with the grandchildren Caravan very comfortable and great facilities. Decking area with table and chairs was good especially with patio doors opening on to it. Especially liked having 2 toilets.
