The site is very quiet, has a playground, takeaway fish and chip shop with a great reputation open most days. There is an onsite shop for every day items, and an expansive dog walking field ten yards from your door. There are laundry and drying facilities on site and the site is extremely safe for children. There are views down the valley to the sea and plenty of local walks.

Located between the traditional fishing village of Polperro and the popular bustling seaside town of Looe there is never a lack of anything to do and the site lies within 30 minutes by car of almost all the major attractions in South East Cornwall including the Eden project. numerous beaches, There is a regular local bus service between Polperro, Looe and further afield.
A train service runs between Looe and Liskeard (and onwards to other destinations) with wonderful scenic views of the river.
Wi-fi is available through the site wi-fi system. Phone signals are excellent throughout the site on all suppliers.
