Owner Description
Our beautiful caravan is a spacious modern. It is our pride and joy. We love and respect it and hope that who ever holidays in it treat it with the same respect.
Our van is only one year old. It’s got a spacious open plan living room and kitchen. Fully double glazed.
The living room has a wrap around sofa and a separate corner dinning ares. It has a double bed under the sofa. A 52” Smart TV, unlimited WiFi, a coffee table, lamp and mirror.
The kitchen has a gas oven, microwave and fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. It is equipped with all kitchen essentials, pots pans etc.
We have three bedrooms, one double and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. All rooms are fully provided with wardrobes and mirrors. And all matching bedding.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and mirror. It has plenty of shelves for storage. There is also an additional toilet and wash basin.
We have decking to the side with outside light and a bestro patio set. Lovely grassed area with bushes for a bit of privacy. We are situated literally one minute from the complex. Blue Dolphin is a lovely family oriented site, that you can have lots of fun and make lots of memories. There is a lot to do around the surrounding area’s.
To book our van it is £50 non refundable deposit. There is also a £100 bond payable for any damage anything broken or missing. Your bond will be returned to you with in 7days after your holiday. Once we have checked the caravan.
All monies must be paid in full four weeks before your holiday. Also if you book 4 weeks or before your holiday starts all payments will be due in full, including the £100 bond. Strictly No Smoking. If there is any trace of any smoking inside the van you will loose your bond.

Could not run out of superlatives for this caravan. Owners are absolutely top notch, and the welcome gifts and card waiting on us was such a nice surprise. They were also very quick to answer any queries that we had. The van itself is very modern and spotlessly clean. On a great pitch within the site too. Already looking forward to returning next great. We have just returned from a fantastic mini break at Jeanann's caravan. It was spotless and had everything we needed, as well as extra things we hadn't expected! Communication was faultless and response time to questions very prompt. Little finishing touches made this a real home from home and it was less than a minute's walk to the mini market and entertainment complex. Bond has already been returned. We were so sad to be leaving but will definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay from 27th may till 1st june 2019. The owner Jeannan left us a lovely welcome gift wine for the adults, and orange cordial and haribos for the children which was a lovely welcome. The caravan was spotless and had everything you could wish for. The location of the caravan was great also near to the mini mart which we enjoyed using every morning for breakfast. Had a lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend you wont be disappointed. Thank you Jeannan for letting us stay in your wonderful caravan. Kind regards Michael and family.
