Absolute bliss, peaceful, lovely surroundings. Owners can’t do enough for you, fresh eggs and thoughtful touches provided. Caravan very homely, really good appliances, shower very good and kitchen stocked with accessories like your own. Could happily live there, superb .

We loved the peace and quiet, the caravan was lovely and comfortable with personal touches. The hosts were lovely, we appreciated the fresh eggs, cake and juice. My nephew loved the chickens and Oscar the cat! Would highly recommend to everyone.

First class throughout. Excellent accommodation, very friendly and welcoming hosts Jill and George. Lovely quiet location which is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Great beaches less than 10 minutes away. We had a fantastic 2 week stay and have already booked again for next summer. If you are pet lovers you will also enjoy the company of Maisie and Tong (beautiful dogs) and Oscar the cat along with some chickens roaming the paddock too. More than happy to recommend as I cannot fault anything at all.

Thankyou so much to Jill and George for being such welcoming hosts. The mobile home was very well presented and comfortable and felt homely. We enjoyed having a lovely holiday in rural Norfolk whilst in easy distance to the more well known places such as Cromer. We only wish we had 2 weeks instead Of the 1 Highly recommend the cafe called shortsticks. We certainly hope to return to this holiday find. Thankyou.

We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week in this very comfortable static. Jill and George are both lovely hosts and we felt privelaged to meet them. We look forward to book next year. The local beaches are beautiful and we enjoyed the country walk to the nearest beach. There is a very good cafe which was very good service and standard We were so lucky to come across this holiday.

Have just had a lovely stay in the caravan. George and Jill were very welcoming and very helpful with lots of information. Superb location within the paddock but also in the area as we travelled to Cromer, Great Yarmouth and Norwich. North Walsham is the nearest for shops which is only 15mins away. The caravan is very well equipped with everything you need and even the kitchen knives are sharp. Absolutely spotless and sofa and beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be booking here again when we visit Norfolk.

Excellent, well equipped & maintained roomy caravan in spotless condition in quiet paddock adjacent to the owner's home. We were an older couple but the gated paddock would be ideal for a family with children to play in safely. Booking was easy via phone direct with owner Mrs Siely who was friendly, helpful and informative.. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from MR & Mrs Siely and were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift of cream sponge cake, six eggs and a bottle of Elderflower presse drink. Spotless bed linen & towels were provided and the normal children's beds in the small bedroom were replaced with a single bed for use for when one of us had a snoring problem!! The price inclusive central heating was excellent & used 2 or 3 evenings when the weather turned cooler. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who even erected a close line specially for us to air towels etc on. & who readily provided local knowledge, & directions to places to shop & visit. The location was within easy reach of the local supermarket, (Tesco) amenities and other places to visit were within short driving distances . The local area in general was quiet and roads though narrow safe to walk on and there were also a few footpaths nearby. Just wish the beach and coast path had been a touch nearer but we are older so maybe no problem for younger people.. This was a last minute booking due to the Covid situation & we were extremely lucky to find such a gem with wonderfully friendly and helpful owners. Would definitely stay there again and cannot speak too highly of Jill & George Siely. Brilliant! 5 stars or more.

It was a great pleasure to stay in this caravan. We arrived a little bit earlier but the caravan was already waiting for us, thoroughly cleaned. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. Furthermore, there were lovely fresh cut flowers on the table and a delicious cake ( that brought a big smile on my boys' faces) . The owners are really friendly and kind and offer much more than stated in the advert . Whilst cuddling by the chimney that owners prepared for us (we only had to light a match since newspaper and wood was ready) we could listen to the tranquil surroundings and watch the bats flying by. We were lucky enough to even spot an owl! We already miss that amazing rural place and will definitely be back! If you're looking for a peaceful place that is close to lovely, uncrowded beaches we recommend that place as your perfect holiday home.

We had a lovely over night stay here Jill and George are the most loveliest couple , their property and grounds are beautiful and could not of been more accommodating the caravan is fully equipped and spotlessly clean I only wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be booking a longer stay soon I highly recommend a stay here

“We are very lucky with the weather in this corner of England” said the owner. And they were right. So began a lovely week of bike rides, beaches and BBQs. This caravan is great. Immaculately clean. And my advice to anyone would be take your bikes. You can then get to deserted beaches very easily along very quiet lanes. The kids loved playing with Oscar the cat and the chickens. What a lovely week and thank you to Jill and George for your great friendly hospitality !

What a wonderful place if you are looking for a break away from everything! Peaceful and great for walking and cycling. The van is luxurious and very well equipped, even toilet rolls and hand wash, plus a wonderful gift of drink, cake and eggs on arrival! Jill and George were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had no problems. Will definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

If your looking for somewhere that is peaceful and quiet, then this is the place. The caravan is very nice and has everything you could want. Jill & George are a lovely couple and made sure we had everything we needed, they even left some treats for us which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. This is a great base to explore this part of Norfolk, we would highly recommend this place. Just want to thank Jill & George again for a lovely stay.

We were looking for a quiet winter retreat to allow us to some down time away from everything and this fulfilled our needs. We were greeted by the owners on arrival who gave us personal guidance on how all the appliances worked, cooker, heating, shower etc, and we found the facilities to be home from home. Beds made up on arrival (which was very comfortable), towels and t-towels provided along with toilet and kitchen rolls and some kitchen essentials including eggs from their own free range hens. The owners were very accommodating and helpful throughout the week if we wanted any local knowledge etc. The van is in a rural location and we found it to be an ideal base for walking or if you prefer, cycling. The beach is within walking distance or if you prefer to take the car we discovered the old market towns of Stalham and North Walsham. Would definitely stay here again, thank you to Jill and George Siely for your hospitality.

The caravan is in a quiet corner of a large paddock, and my immediate thought was that it would be great for a horse owner wanting to take their horse with them. The caravan was warm, and spacious with every detail thought of, including kitchen roll, tin foil and cling film, tea bags, and a welcome hamper on arrival including jam and scones. The owners were lovely and friendly and showed us to the caravan when we arrived, showed us how the heating worked (ideal for a November stay) and made sure we were happy before they left us. It was supposed to be a cycling weekend for us, but the caravan was too cosy and snug so we didn't actually ride our bikes though it would be a great location to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this location to someone wanting peace, quiet and tranquility in a countryside setting.
