Caravan clearly not used for a long time with all cooking items and crockery sticky and greasy. The toaster was very rusty and full of crumbs. Dust and grime was present in cupboards including kitchen, bedrooms and living room. A tissue was lying in the shower and a used toothbrush on top of shower room window. The fridge was very iced up and the freezer was very dirty and had old food items in it. The advertised parking bay does not exist, you have to park in the main car park. We had to uncover the outside seats on the balcony which was all tied up and covered in bird poo as was the decking and benches. Everything in the caravan worked and once we cleaned it we had a nice stay, just a shame about the cleanliness. We have received an apology from the owner about it but no compensation.
Mr Rosenberg visited our caravan after the lockdown... I personally couldn't get up as I had to shield... and it had been cleaned by our resident cleaning service.. Over the 3 months of lockdown I'm afraid I couldn't do nothing reference Seagulls doing their business... And as we have never ever had any disparaging reviews... Mr Rosenberg WAS given compensation we also reduced the price of his stay........
