Description

Homely static caravan with 2 bedrooms with a 4 person berth. Located on a quiet and idyllic site meters from the beach.

Located in Pensarn, a few minutes drive from Abergele.

Pensarn has several local shops, chip shops, pubs and a Chinese takeaway all within a 10-15 minute walk from the caravan.

The beach is accessible directly from the site, merely meters away. There is also a coastal path that leads directly into Pensarn.

Train station is located in Pensarn and there are several frequent local bus services.

Rhyl and Prestatyn are within close driving distance and Llandudno is a 25 minute drive.

Caravan features a 40” Smart TV , kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and various cooking utensils.

Tea and coffee are available at no extra cost.

Dishwasher has instructions and dishwasher tablets are provided.

Guests may use the dishwasher if they please but may also wash up by hand if they prefer.

Caravan has its own unlimited WIFI with average speeds of 30-40mbps.

Lyndale Caravan Park is a quiet site with no on site entertainment or major facilities; there is a wardened office and CCTV. This site is ideal for people wanting a quiet beach fronted get away but close enough to local amenities to get the best of both worlds.

Lyndale has a security gate which restricts vehicles without a key fob.

You will need to access the site on foot initially to obtain the key card from the caravan. You can then access the park in your vehicle and park next to the caravan. There is a quiet slip road right outside Lyndale to park.

Keyfobs MUST be left in the caravan keysafe prior to your departure.

Caravan site is close to traintracks; this doesn't pose much of a problem in the day regards to noise. Trains typically end around 11pm and can start around 6/7am.

The majority of the available weeks are listed as Monday-Friday; however if you would like to stay for longer eg. Monday-Saturday or Saturday-Saturday etc, then please do not hesitate to contact me as I’m sure this can be arranged.

£50 security deposit required which will secure your booking. Deposit will be refunded once the van has been checked over and there has been no damage.

We booked this caravan with our little dog in mind as we wouldn’t be leaving her the site was lovely and quite and caravan was literally 2 minutes from costal road There was a railway line right next to us but hardly heard it Al in al we had a lovely time and will definitely book again

we spent a week in Peters caravan it was spotless and everything you could need was provided it was in a great spot right next to the beach literally a stones throw would recommend this caravan to anyone

We had a lovely weekend stay in this caravan. Straight forward checking in with great communication from the host. Caravan was lovely and clean and loved that it was just a stones throw from the beach, in a great location to access nearby areas. There is some noise from the trains but not enough for it to have been an issue for us. My only tiny constructive feedback would be to suggest bedside lamps in the bedrooms, other than that the van had everything you would need and more. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

Amazing clean caravan with everything that a family with 2 kids needed to stay. Location is good. Snowdonia is in a 15-20 min drive time. Internet worked fine. The sunsets are fabulous here.

My sister and I came for a week's stay and we absolutely loved it. The caravan was spotless, loads of extras which we didn't expect. Peter was a message away and nothing was any problem. Beds comfortable and facilities were great. WIFI and TV was excellent and we made the most of it on very rainy days. We will definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends. Only sorry I couldn’t score higher, because our holiday was amazing! The van was spotless , absolutely pristine.. We all had a wonderful time and given all the lovely facilities of the caravan , it was a superb stay for all of us, including the dogs. The location was idyllic and felt like we had our very own beach right on the doorstep. The dogs just loved it and, it was heartwarming seeing them enjoy themselves so much every day. We all had such a fantastic holiday, we would not hesitate in recommending this caravan to anyone, because of the cleanliness, location and facilities! We will return, without doubt! Thank you for making our holiday such an enjoyable one this year!

Enjoyed our little stay in this caravan , Pete was great at keeping in touch , The caravan was spotlessly clean , lots of extras we didn’t expect , ie coffee , tea , bin bags which was great. Beach was very close by too , only down side was the 7am train that passed for the light sleepers like myself ! My husband slept through ! Great place to stay though .

Myself and my wife rented this caravan with our little dog , we had a lovely peaceful stay , the caravan is ideal for a couple or small family , direct beach access was brilliant for dog walks , lovely views ! Caravan was lovely and tidy and had everything we need to be comfortable for a few days , would recommend if you want a quiet base to explore from , Peter was quick to reply to all messages and was always at the right d if the phone if we needed anything
