Caravan is comprised of:

- 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds
- 1 toilet and shower room
- 1 toilet
- Fully fitted kitchen
- USB ports on the sockets
- TV/DVD player
- Comfortable lounge/dining area with electric wall mounted fire
- Parking outside caravan for 2 vehicle
- Patio area with picnic table

Beds are made up ready for your arrival. Please supply your own towels. There is a selection of DVDs and board games available in the caravan for your use during your stay.

This is a family caravan so no smoking/vaping. No hen/stag parties/groups. No pets.

The caravan is professionally cleaned in line with Covid guidelines however those using caravan would be requested to ensure that it is left clean and tidy for next guests.

£100 non refundable deposit secures dates requested. Balance of holiday to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to break.

Refundable bond of £100 also required and will be returned once caravan is checked for any damages. Refund within 1 week of your stay.

Rentals DO NOT include entertainment passes but these can be purchased at reception for your stay if required. (Passes can be used to receive discount at local attractions e.g. Heatherton, Oakwood Park)
