Outside there is a storage shed with rotary washing line, boot storage, beach equipment (windbreaks with mallet, beach tent, picnic set and mat, transport trolley). Huge gated secure deck with 6 seater dining table, wooden bench, 2 loungers and a bistro set with outdoor lighting. We provide dog bowls but please bring your own dog bed Pinewoods is committed to protecting the night sky a rechargeable torch is available for your use.

Description

Our ABI Beachcomber holiday home is available for private hire on the unique Pinewoods holiday Park. It has a great relaxed seaside vibe and is situated in a quiet area of the park on a spacious plot with a large wrap around gated deck with a range of outdoor furniture. Within 3-4 minutes walking distance into the pinewoods and onto the glorious sandy beach. It is approximately 3/4 mile (20 min) into the picturesque harbour and town of Wells-next-the-sea. There is a miniature railway which operates from the park to the town during high season. The park appeals to a wide range of holiday makers from families and couples looking for a beach holiday to those looking to explore the north Norfolk coast for walking and birdwatching.

The caravan itself sleeps 6 with accommodation comprising of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite toilet and hand basin and plentiful wardrobe and drawer storage. The second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe and drawer space. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom features a generous walk in shower.

The kitchen is modern with built in appliances including microwave, full size gas cooker and integrated fridge freezer. We have equipped the kitchen with crockery, glassware and a range of pots and pans. There are also small electrical appliances such as kettle, toaster, food mixer and blender. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is also available for you to enjoy your favourite coffee.

A large corner sofa furnish the spacious living area along with a modern electric fire, perfect for those cooler evenings when the full central heating is not required. Entertainment is provided by a large flatscreen Smart TV complete with Freesat and DVD player. Wifi is available. A selection of DVD's, jigsaws and board games are also provided.

Patio doors at the front of the caravan open onto a large decked area which has dining table and chairs for 6 , and a couple of recliner chairs There is also a lockable storage box for boots and Wellies. Car parking is available alongside the property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The caravan is a lovely modern caravan with everything you would need. It was really helpful having all the little extras there for us to use & was very spacious. It’s located in a great area, short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Will definitely will be booking in again next year.

This was our 15th stay at Pinewoods but first stay at this beautiful caravan, ideally located just back from the main avenue giving a more private feeling. The caravan was warm and comfortable, and very well equipped. The position of the caravan gave you the choice of exit from the park, whether you wanted to go through the pinewoods and onto the beach or walk to Holkham, or a walk along a track leading up to the quaint town of Wells, or the main harbour walk to Wells. All in all a lovely stay and will be retuning next year.
