Owner Description

Situated at Greenacres Holiday park near Porthmadog, this superb caravan is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday, duvets and pillows are provided but we ask that you bring you own bedding and towels. The caravan has full central heating and double glazing with mains gas supply.There is a barbecue, an outdoor table and chairs and two sun loungers. The caravan has a sunny south facing grassed area outside for sitting.

Greenacres is a Haven site and has many facilities including swimming pool, shop, children's play area, evening entertainment in lounge, restaurant and bar with sky TV, putting green, bike hire, children's entertainment programme. The rental cost does not include fun passes for the entertainment complex but these can be purchased directly from the site.

The caravan is on a spacious corner plot in one of the nicest parts of the site with hard standing parking for one car and additional parking for a second. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, 22" TV and en suite toilet. There is also a shower room with wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom contains two single beds and wardrobe. There is an additional fold away double bed in the lounge.

The kitchen has all the equipment you need including a large fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave and a full set of crockery, cutlery, pans, glasses etc. The spacious lounge has a gas fire, a 32" TV with combined DVD player, there is a blue tooth speaker and dining table with seating for up to 6 people.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total booking fee. Balance to be paid 3 weeks before arrival. A £100 fully refundable damage fee is also required when balance is due which will be refunded within 5 days of departure following inspection. Payment by paypal, BACS transfer or by personal cheque. Letting period is from 2.00 pm on day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure.
