Description

Situated on a corner plot and kept to a high standard the caravan is central heated and double glazed.

The spacious lounge with a full suite including bed settee and table and chairs with patio doors opening out onto the decking.

The kitchen has a full electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster etc and is fully equipped with pans, pots etc

The main bedroom with en-suite toilet has a king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and the second bedroom has 2 full size single beds.

The bathroom has a full size bath and a large shower cubicle.

All pillow and duvets are supplied with mattress covers to all.

You will be required to bring your own covers etc. However I can supply these if given prior notice.

Entertainment Centre with a full daytime and evening program for both adult and children. Passes are required at extra cost for the centre - I can purchase these ready for your stay if required.
The Boathouse Restaurant and sports bar serves meals all day including breakfast and a Sunday Carvery
Sport is shown throughout and Pool/Snooker tables are available to hire
The Swimming pool area includes a Sauna and a newly equipped Gym
The on-site shop is well equipped.
The site also has 2 fishing lakes / a 9-hole golf course and a Fish and chip shop
Wi-Fi is available for purchase from reception

I would recommend this caravan to anyone. Very comfortable and clean .Everything you could possibly need was in this caravan. Good position on site .I can only describe the owner Liz as a lovely lady who cares about her hirers Thanks Liz for a great holiday.jc
