This is our own family caravan and not a business.
We don’t let it out commercially all year as some on park but just want other families to be able to come and stay in Tenby and enjoy it as we do.
If you are interested in booking with us, please read the descriptions, information and payment options below. It may be quite long but we have tried to cover as much as we can for you.

HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY OF OUR BREAKS AND GUESTS PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED SORRY.
As private caravan owners with Haven we are not allowed to offer Entertainment passes and are not responsible for the availability of them or of any entertainment, leisure activities or facilities during your stay.
ALL GUESTS THAT PURCHASE PASSES FROM HAVEN WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE UPSTAIRS MARINA BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT STAGE, SWIMMING POOLS AND OTHER LEISURE ACTIVITIES. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

GUESTS THAT DONT WANT TO PURCHASE PASSES WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE DOWNSTAIRS RESTAURANT/BAR, ARCADE AND FOOD TAKEAWAYS.

AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR STAY WITH KILN PARK,
BUT FOR OUR GUESTS WE WILL ACTUALLY REGISTER YOUR ARRIVAL DATE WITH THEM UP TO 12 WEEKS BEFORE TO ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE ENTERTAINMENT PLAY PASSES EARLY IF YOU WISH. ALLOWING YOU TO PREBOOK THINGS.
YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM HAVEN WITH DETAILS ABOUT YOUR STAY AND A CAR PASS TO DOWNLOAD.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL ENTERTAINMENT PLAY PASSES CAN BE PURCHASED AHEAD OF YOUR ARRIVAL IF YOU WISH, ALLOWING YOU TO PREBOOK THE RESTAURANT, SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN ADVANCE, READY FOR YOUR STAY.
Entertainment passes may still be able to be purchased after your arrival on park from main reception subject to availability. .

If government guidelines or restrictions are ever reintroduced all our breaks would be subject to whatever is in place at the time of your stay.
Please be assured that if we are unable to offer your booked dates because Kiln Park has gone into complete shutdown again due to Covid or there are travel restrictions in place denying access your money will be repaid in full.
If for any other reason you are personally unable to travel and Kiln Park is open, normal cancellation terms will apply and can be found on this website.
•We strongly recommend that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation if you were to cancel yourselves for some reason•
Please note that this is a 6 berth caravan and only the guests that are named on the booking form are allowed to stay in it overnight.

SAVE £££s on HAVEN BROCHURE PRICES with our Large, Modern and Tastefully decorated • Prestige with Decking Graded • now graded as Silver from 2022 by Haven •3 bedroom caravan • which is situated in Blackrock Close, a lovely quiet area of Kiln Park in Tenby. It has no through traffic and is conveniently situated within a short walk to the Main Complex and is only a stones throw away from the well stocked onsite Garage Shop.

Our caravan is ideal for both couples and families to RELAX and UNWIND in TENBY or to discover what West Wales has to offer. Explore the beautiful beaches and countryside, visit the historic castles, take a boat trip or visit the many attractions that Pembrokeshire and the surrounding area has to offer. There’s lots to find and see for all the family.
We have a large PRIVATE PARKING area
alongside so there is no need to worry about where you are going to park or how far you’ll have to carry your bags, as in other areas of the park.
BRC1 is a home away from home and features Double Glazing, Full gas Central Heating, two toilets and has ample Electrical Sockets and USB charging points dotted around the caravan.
We have FREE WI-FI in the caravan for our guests but please be aware that the signal can vary especially at busy times and is the same throughout all caravans on Kiln Park.
There is also wi-fi available in the main complex.
PLEASE NOTE that for your safety our caravan is fitted with both smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and all the electric, gas and PAT tests are up to date.
Within the Lounge area is a large Corner Sofa • Coffee Table • Thermostated Electric Fire • 55" Smart TV with both Freeview and Freesat built in and connected to WiFi for your Netflix etc • DVD player • Bluetooth speaker • electric tower fan and has large sliding Patio doors leading to the enclosed front decking.
There is a fully Fitted Kitchen area complete with crockery • mugs • glasses • cutlery • utensils • Microwave • Gas Oven and Grill • extractor fan • integrated Full size Fridge and Freezer • Kettle • four slice Toaster • DOLCE GUSTO Coffee Machine • Air Fryer and more.
The Dining area has a dining Table with Four Chairs and there are two stools available.
There is a bright and airy shower room which offers a large Shower • Toilet • mirror and Sink.
The Large Master Bedroom has plenty of storage space • a dressing table with large Mirror and stool • Standard and Memory Foam Pillows • a wall mounted 32" Freeview TV with DVD and an en-suite with second toilet • mirror and sink.
PLEASE NOTE that there is enough space in the master bedroom for a Moses basket or small travel cot to be used if you have one (not supplied).
Both twin rooms also offer plenty of storage space and each have a wall mounted Freeview TV with DVD and both standard and memory foam pillows.
PLEASE NOTE that all four beds in the twin rooms are the same size and are NOT the narrow fishfinger beds that you will find in the 3rd bedroom of most other 3 bedroom caravans.
The internal luxury of the Caravan continues outside where sliding patio doors fully open allowing you good access on to an enclosed front decking and which of course allows you more available room outside than others that have French doors that have to open outwards on to the decking area.
This is perfect for small children and is fully FURNISHED with chairs and sofa which all have detachable seat pads and cushions for extra comfort as well as a small table for your drinks and a sun parasol.
There is also a private patio area which has no cut through between the caravans and features a Large Wooden picnic bench which comfortably seats 8 people and is perfect for alfresco dining or even a family BBQ with the complimentary use of our gas BBQ.
BBQ will be available upon request prior to start date and must be cleaned after use, ready for our next guests. A cleaning charge of £25 would be taken from the damage bond otherwise.
WE WILL SUPPLY ALL BEDDING and make up the beds that you require ready for your arrival. Sleeps up to 6 (bedrooms only).
Gas and electric is included in the price but the charging of electric vehicles from the caravan is not allowed. There are now 4 charging points opposite the main site shop for electric vehicles.
Both Asda and Tesco will do online shopping deliveries directly to the caravan.
If that isn't enough to convince you that this is the perfect holiday home for you, you will also find yourself a range of supplies that can all be used FREE OF CHARGE which include - Condiments • Tea and Coffee (no pods)• Kitchen cleaner • Bin Bags • Washing up Liquid • Dish Sponge • Iron and ironing board • Hairdryer • Handwash • Tea Towel • 2 hand towels • 2 toilet rolls • Kitchen roll • Hoover and more.
Our caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow us time to get the caravan cleaned and ready for our next guests to arrive. We will be in contact with our guests on arrival day and if the caravan is ready any earlier we will let you know.
PLEASE NOTE that if we are unable to meet you on arrival there will be no need for you to stand and wait in any queues at check-in, as the keys will be available in a key safe attached to the caravan.
The code is changed after every departure and will be sent to you when the caravan has been cleaned prior to your arrival so that your holiday can begin straight away.
Keys must be placed back in the key safe on departure day.
Please note that our prices are for ACCOMMODATION ONLY. Haven Entertainment passes that are needed for entry into main entertainment and for pools and other leisure activities are NOT INCLUDED in any of our breaks, however this is reflected in our prices.
Please note that the Haven entertainment complex, activities, pools, restaurant, bars, arcade and main onsite shop etc are CLOSED from November to March.
ALL HOLIDAY DATES are either Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday and CAN BE SECURED with just a small non-refundable £50 DEPOSIT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO OUR BOOKING STRUCTURE WE DON’T DO SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BREAKS UNLESS OFFERED.
A £75 refundable damage bond (security bond) is also required on top of the holiday price, however this will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the holiday, once the caravan has been checked over for any possible damages, breakages, stains, missing items or if any extra cleaning is needed etc.
PLEASE NOTE that the refundable damage bond is at risk if the caravan isn’t left in the condition that you found it when you arrived.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING or VAPING, NO CANDLES, NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING and NO PETS ALLOWED in caravan.
PET ALLERGY SUFFERERS PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH WE DON’T ALLOW GUESTS TO BRING PETS WE DO HAVE SMALL FAMILY DOGS THAT OCCASIONALLY VISIT THE CARAVAN.

ALL PAYMENTS FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE HANDLED BY UKcaravans4hire.com AND WILL HAVE AN ADMIN FEE ADDED TO THE ADVERTISED PRICE TO COVER THIS.
THE OPTION OF BOOKING AND PAYING DIRECTLY TO US IS STILL AVAILABLE IF YOU WERE TO PREFER.
A £50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL SECURE YOUR DATES AND THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE.
