The Dornoch Lodge is located at No 24 Pitgrudy Holiday Park just one mile from the historic town centre of Dornoch. Dornoch has plenty on offer with its miles of stunning beaches, world renowned links golf courses, fishing, the Dornoch Cathedral together with a wide selection of locals shops, bars and restaurants it is the ideal location for a realxing break.

Our beautifully comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom holiday lodge has just been refurbished to a high standard including new fixtures, floor coverings, updated bathroom and kitchen, new soft furnishings & furniture throughout including high quality memory foam or sprung memory mattresses on all beds.

New kitchen appliances have been provided including microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge along with new TV, DVD player, large comfortable sofas, electric fire in living area, new carpets, laminate flooring, blinds and curtains to all windows, tastefully decorated throughout, see more details below.

Situated in a preferred position with decking and an outside table and chairs where you can relax or enjoy alfresco dining or relaxing with your favourite beverages. Privately owned and booked directly with the owner for extra peace of mind.

The living room is part of a large open plan area incorporating the kitchen and dining area. The living area has new black and grey sofas, TV and DVD player, occasional tables and an electric fire.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an electric oven with gas hob and extractor fan, new fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, pots, pans and crockery etc. A dining table with four stools that store neatly underneath is provided for you to enjoy inside dining.

The bathroom consists of WC, wash basin and bath with shower head and shower curtain. A wall mounted bathroom cabinet cabinet and hooks to hang your towels during your stay is also provided. New quality lino has been installed within the bathroom along wet-wall panels fitted to all walls.

The main bedroom has new matching triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets along with a comfortable double bed with sprung memory foam mattress and bedside lamps.

The second bedroom has new adult rated bunk beds consisting of two main beds and one pull out trundle bed. All beds have quality memory foam or sprung memory foam mattresses. New matching double wardrobe and chest of drawers is provided along with a bedside lamp.

Within the hall a storage cupboard is located where you will find a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and coat hooks.

We provide bedding for all guests and beds will be ready upon arrival. Please bring your own towels, a laundry is available onsite should this be required.

For your safety we have installed fire extinguishers, fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
