We do not provide Tea Towels, Bath towels or hand towels. You will need to provide these items along with any toiletries that you need. Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost of £30 and this must be selected at the time of booking. Complimentary Coffee, Tea and Sugar is there for you to use and unlimited free wifi in the caravan is available if you request it at the time of booking.

There is a pull out sofa style bed allowing the caravan to sleep 8 people but with this you may be short of space. We recommend 6 maximum. A Well behaved dog of certain breeds may be considered for an additional fee

Description

This is a very nice clean family 3 bedroom caravan with central heating. It has a large lounge area with electric fire and central heating with a pull out bed under the seating area. There is a kitchen with oven and dining table. The caravan has its own parking bay for upto 2 cars and is located close to the club house, play area and all the amenities and is only a few yards walk away.

Accomodation includes kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and microwave, Gas, Water, Electricity, Kettle, toaster, cutlery & crockery, TV in lounge and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Gated Decking with table and chairs.

Towels and tea towels are not included. Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost of £30.

All gas and electricity is included in the price. The caravan has up to date gas and electricity certificates and there for your safety there are fire alarms and carbon monoxide detector. There is also a fire extinguisher in the kitchen area and a security alarm.

Tea, coffee & sugar are in the caravan ready for your arrival.

£100 damage bond required when booking which is refundable after inspection, Holiday to be paid as per terms and conditions when booking. Caravan must be left in a clean tidy state both inside and the outside decking area and the area around the caravan.

We only allow one dog to stay with you so please don't book with us if you have more than one. There are other caravans on the site who may take more than one dog and we will gladly point you in the right direction. We have found in the past that more then one dog have been left alone in the caravan and they have been overly playful and caused damage so we now only allow one dog (No puppies) and the dog must not be left unattended.

Unlimited wifi is available free of charge.

Passes can be purchased at reception on arrival. (Check with Ocean Edge for current prices)

A barrier keyfob is available to you for easier access but if this is lost or damaged then your security bond will be forfeited.

If you want to be close to the coastal waters of the North West, Ocean Edge Holiday Park near Heysham is a great choice. The park is located right on the seafront offering fantastic views of the stunning Irish Sea which is only a short walk from the caravan.

Kids and adults are both well entertained on an Ocean Edge caravan holiday with a range of activities. Swim in the heated indoor pool or relax in the sauna while the kids can enjoy the indoor soft play and outdoor playground. Then try your luck in the amusement arcade with its range of new and traditional games.

After a day exploring, enjoy family time with a tasty meal in the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant. Then you can visit the Showbar for weekend entertainment.

Ocean Edge is ideally situated in Morcambe only 3 miles to the centre and 7 miles to local town Lancaster. With a not to far drive from the Lake District. Also only a 45min drive to Blackpool.

On site has fantastic facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, an amusement arcade, soft play area, outdoor park, football and basketball court. There is a full entertainment club on site with entertainment for all ages. Our caravan is situated near to club house, amusements and play area and the beach with amazing views and stunning surroundings is just a 2 minute walk away. For those who like to walk there is a lovely nature reserve. 3/4 of a Mile up the road is the port of Heysham with ferries crossing to the Isle of Man & Ireland.

There is a full mini market shop available on site.

My wife and I have just had a short break away at Ocen Edge Caravan Park at Heysham. We feel compelled to favorably review the static and the owners. Bill and Helen were the most helpful people imaginable and the caravan was impeccable with everything you needed and more. They gave us space and yet assured us they were always there to help. Excellent caravan - very clean, lovely and homely with everything you need. Bill and Helen make you feel very welcome and the caravan location is ideal-only a v short walk to main facilities but cannot hear any noise at night. My children loved the caravan park, especially the wipeout session in the swimming pool. Didn't really eat in restaurant on site as Morecambe only 5 mins in car, but there are off site supermarkets, takeaways and pubs a 3 min drive away. Ideal base for touring round area including Lake District. Highly recommend Bill and Helen's caravan.

Just got back from Oceans Edge. Bill and Helen go the extra mile for customer service and provide all the little extras which made this caravan stand out from ones we have previously stayed in with Parkdean. The caravan is first rate and has more amenities than booking direct with Parkdean which we have done previously. The caravan is sited in a great location ideal if you have youngsters you wish to keep a close eye on. Communication was first rate and the damage breakage bond was refunded immediately. I highly recommend booking with Bill and Helen.
