Luxury 2016 static caravan on premium pitch.

3 Bedrooms (1x double, 2x twins). Max occupancy 6 people.

Crantock, near Newquay, in Cornwall. No pets. No smoking.

As you walk in the front door you are greeted by a clean, modern, open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The lounge has a 32” flat screen tv with integrated DVD player, gas fire (only to be used October to April), and comfortable corduroy corner sofa and tub seat. The dining area seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas cooker, gas oven, toaster, kettle, microwave. It also has a utility cupboard with a hoover, dustpan and brush, mop, clothes airer, etc. From the kitchen is a door to the bedroom corridor. Off this corridor are two twin bedrooms and the main bedroom with a double bed, as well as a toilet and basin room (with a boiler) and a family bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.

Gated decked veranda with table & 6 chairs (from mid June onwards).

Bedding provided.
Towels/tea towels NOT provided.

Private corner plot, 1x parking space (extra parking available at reception), located between the pool and two play parks, a short walk from reception, shop, takeaway, and piskie bar.

Crantock beach & village is a short stroll away through countryside. Polly Joke beach is a short drive, where you can often see seals. The seven beaches of Newquay and Newquay town centre with its shops and supermarkets are a few minutes drive away. There is a bus service which calls at the entrance to the park.

Parties of guests should be headed by someone over 21 years (Holiday park rules).

The Bowgie Inn is a lovely pub with beautiful views over Crantock beach and the River Gannel. Also, Smugglers Den pub in the neighbouring village of Cubert has a great menu, lovely village location and is great for children (has a small outdoor play area). Many Newquay takeaways deliver to Trevella Holiday Park reception for free or a small fee.

I've stayed at Trevella many times, it's a great caravan park with really good facilities in lovely surroundings. Crantock beach is beautiful! Lucy's caravan was lovely, everything you need is there and close to the pool. Much cheaper than booking direct with Trevella. Any questions I had, the owners always happy to help. Great holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, both at the park and the van. It’s very cosy, modern and well equipped. It’s looks brand new! The owner was very friendly, efficient and helpful and we understand that the van has only recently been marketed so we are pleased to have found it and wanted to let people know what we thought of our lovely holiday. We stayed here for ten days over the Easter holidays. The caravan is lovely, very clean and comfortable, with nice freestanding corner sofas. It has everything you could need for a home from home. The pitch that the van is on is great, it’s on a nice quiet field but is only a quick stroll to the facilities. The shop is handy and well stocked and the childrens’ play areas are great. The swimming pool wasn’t open as it was out of season but it looks like that would be a very welcome addition when it’s open in the season. The whole site is very attractively laid out and well cared for and a walk around the fishing lakes was enjoyed by all. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back ????????
