High quality Luxury holiday home with all modern fixtures and fittings, double glazing and central heating throughout. 3 Bedrooms, two twin and one double with en suite. Bathroom including shower and toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with Dining table for 4, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, iron/table top ironing board and all cooking utensils. Double doors in the open plan living room lead out onto a veranda with outdoor seating. Large decking area to the rear with seating. Private tarred parking directly beside the caravan

Centrally located, close to all park amenities including indoor and outdoor pools with splash zone, convenience store and take away, arcades, restaurants, bars, kids club etc. Berwick Holiday Park is located on the coast so beaches are easily accessible. It also neighbours the local golf course.

Situated within a 10/15 minute walk of Berwick town centre & a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and also a night club. Markets are held weekly. The holiday park is easily accessible from major roads and Berwick train station is a few minutes walk away. Links to Edinburgh are easily reached by both car and rail. Other places to visit include Lindisfarne, Holy Island and Spittle Beach.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen with beds fully made can be provided at an extra cost of £10.00 per room if required.

Arrival is from 2.30pm onwards and departure is anytime before 11am. There is a deposit scheme of £100 for every booking and that will be returned as soon as the caravan has been checked after departure. Please note passes are NOT included when you hire this caravan but can be bought through us from the reception desk on entry to the park or by calling the park direct on 01289 307113 or 0871 231 0864 Park Rules: Guests must be over 21 years old for booking purposes and no single sex parties e.g.- hen or stag parties will be allowed on the park.

There is always something to do at Berwick holiday park from entertaining the kids at the kids club to eating in the restaurant. This is a 5* Haven Park Site with lots to offer any family holiday.

The caravan is situated in a Prime location with in minutes of the main facilities, the beach and town. We could not have wished for a better equipped holiday home from the essentials to needle and thread!! The furnishings are very pleasant and comfortable with spacious bedrooms and plenty of cupboard space. We really enjoyed the decking areas front and rear which are fully furnished where many family drinks and reminiscences were held. Mr Goldie (John) was very good to communicate with and provided answers to any queries or concerns promptly and knowledgeably. He and his wife met my family on arrival (I was late arriving) and made a very good impression. Overall the cost of the holiday was below what we expected but priceless in memories

The owner, John, is very easy to communicate with and replies promptly to any enquiries, payment was also very easy and the deposit was returned the same day, also John and his wife were there to meet us on arrival and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The home is very well equipped and all in very good condition, there are plenty of utensils and everything has been thought of, the shower was good and hot, beds comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Outdoors there is decking to the front and rear, with comfortable seating, and the rear gets the sun all afternoon and does not face on to other homes, so peaceful.

Tony & his family were excellent guests and left the caravan as they found it, clean and in excellent condition. Thx for the review Tony
