Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a beautiful park to visit. Wildlife and lovely walks and also activities to keep everyone happy. It has a indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna, a gym. A new sports court, a outside beach and a playground area for the children, mini golf and a stage where all the entertainment is staged in good weather. A New High rope is located in the middle of the park, bike hire is available. see reception for opening times and prices on onsite activities. A Cinema is on the stage when on the entertainment program, you can go watch a film. A arcade with games and slot machines is situated outside the bar. A Shop is located next to the reception which is stocked with everyday essentials. Fresh bakery items daily.
Booking for activities is happening now, so it is best to book activities like swimming or the aqua park before you come or on your 1st day to avoid disappointment especially in peak season when it is busy. A new outdoor swimming pool is being built in the near future.
There is numerous of lakes all with activities on them. Waterski, Waterboarding, Jetski, Inflatable Water Aquapark, You have to book with the aquapark. Fishing lakes available. In 2016 new changes to improve the park happened, which included a large extension to the clubhouse which is named the 'The Spitfire’ Diner bar. It has a full sized spitfire suspended from the ceiling. A new restaurant upstairs which serves nice meals and also does a takeaway service and delivery service. Pool tables and a balcony to sit out on to look out at the lakes. Any other information is available at reception on nearby tourist attractions.
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is nearby to Woodhall Spa, which is a nice day trip out. Tattershall Castle is a short walk away and worth a visit. RAF Coningsby is nearby and they have training sessions up in the sky over Tattershall Lakes. This can be enjoyable but I have to note it is noisy on occasions and can be sometimes in the evening. We are sorry for this. Battle of Britain Memorial Flight centre in Coningsby is a worth a visit. Tattershall Farm in Tattershall is not far away for a fun day for the children. Leaflets on places to visit are all provided in the guest folder. Also menus for food takeaways nearby. Asdas and tescos also deliver if you wanted your weekly shop delivered. There is pubs nearby. Tattershall Park Country Pub serves very nice food all day, seven days a week. The Packet Inn and The Royal Oak, all serve food as well. Any other information is available at reception on nearby tourist attractions.
A lovely spacious lounge with a built-in fold out bed if needed. Bedding suppied for this bed in main bedroom wardrode. A gas fire. A "32"Tv with built-in dvd. Dvds & Games for the children in the cupboard.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and gas hob, Fridge freezer and the freezer is a good size, Microwave, toaster and all kitchen accessories. Tea towels supplied.
There is a dining seating area to eat your meals. Also a Highchair for infants stored in wardrobe. Storage cupboards with all cleaning items, Hoover, airer, Ironing board and Iron. A Fan is supplied for the summer heat to use within the caravan. Children not to be allowed to jump on furniture/beds or sofa areas due to past damages what has occured and had to be mended. No dogs allowed on sofas and beds please.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedding Supplied. Full double wardrode with storage, a hairdryer on a shelf. Also a ensuite bathroom with a washbasin and a toilet.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, Bedding Supplied. A Single wardrode with drawers. Travelcot supplied if needed.
Family Bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle , washbasin and a toilet. Please bring your own towels.
Going outside the caravan, the decking area has a gate, and spacious with a table with chairs and umbrella, and two sun loungers and our new Hot tub where you can relax and enjoy a drink taking in the beautiful view of the Waterski Lake. Please treat it with care and when taking the lid off and on to take extra care as these are very expensive to replace. Please take care and follow the rules for the hot tub. Any damages to the hot tub or the hot tub lid will be charged to you. Checks are taken out after your departure. Rules and guides on how to use the Hot tub is shown near Hot tub, due to new HSE rules the tub will be drained and cleaned after every guest changeover. Therefore it may NOT be at full temperature by check in time. It will however be ready later the same evening.
On check-in arrival day, With the mobile number you give us on booking, we text you to give you the directions on where on site our caravan is sited. We also give you the key code for the keypad unit for access into the caravan.
On departure day, You just press the key code into keypad, place key back in unit and then press key code again, pull lever and place it into keypad unit. If the key is lost and not returned the cost will be deducted off the damage deposit.
No more then 6 people is allowed to stay in this caravan (6 Berth) for fire safety reasons and stated from the Park rules. Mobile number is provided if guests need us. All information on the Security who look after the Lakes are available in Guest folder. Please leave caravan as you found it on arrival. We are situated in a quiet part of the park, but close to all amenities. It is about a 10 min walk to the Entertainment centre. The park is very popular with lots of facilities and activities.
Please be aware that we do not include entertainment passes. These can be purchased from the reception on arrival. There is a picture of prices of entertainment passes in photos. They are priced per caravan not per person. No Smoking is allowed in the caravan. We ask if you do smoke can you use the sand tin what is provided outside and not to put cigarettes out on the decking or throw over decking on the grass, as it looks awful to our surroundings and not good for the ducks. Barbecues are not allowed to be put on the decking please, due to heat on the plastic decking. Plenty of room at the side of the caravan on the grass. Please don't use glass table to place (disposable ones) on.
Other information about our caravan is in a folder with phone numbers for the complex and local attractions and local takeaway food.
Prices for our caravan varies depending on peak months. Full Week 7 nights Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, Mon-Mon
Full weeks are available, just add a 3&4 night break together.

A deposit of £100 is required with any booking, (non- refundable if holiday is cancelled by yourselves or any damages) otherwise deposit is refunded after checks within 1 week of departing caravan holiday. We wish for the caravan to be left like you found it on arrival. Alternative dates will be offered if booking date is cancelled.
Remaining balance of holiday cost is due 1 month before holiday. You can also pay your balance over a payment plan if preferred.
On booking, we require Full name, Contact number and Email of the main party leader, who has to be over 25 years old and staying in caravan with the rest of guests.We need to know how many guests and their ages. A booking agreement form can be sent by email to fill in and confirmation of booking is provided from us.
