Professionally cleaned with fresh bedding but we ask that you provide your own towels, washing up materials etc. We have a variety of board games and local interest books to keep you busy on rainy days as well as digital TV and integrated DVD player. There is a hoover and small clothes airier, as well as a mop and bucket. There is a car charging point on-site situated near the reception.

Description

Our family owned caravan is ideal for that perfect getaway.
Close enough to the entertainment areas and restaurants, but also peaceful for those wind down times.
Take a stroll down to the magnificent 5 miles of beach at Filey and enjoy the tranquil pleasure of the sea whilst listening to the sound of the waves there is no better sound.
You can find everything you need onsite including ATM machine and small supermarket, there is also a Tesco a couple of miles away.
Plenty of activities to keep all ages amused, we don't provide passes but we do recommend you check out the park before buying.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT provide any towels, tea towels, toiletries, toilet rolls, washing up liquid or sponges, you will need to bring these items with you. We DO provide all linen and bedding - beds are made up the day of your arrival by our professional cleaners - the linen charge covers cleaning of the caravan as well as the linen and is standard.
We ask that you take care of the caravan and the items in it, and treat our caravan as you would your own home. This is a privately owned caravan and NOT a Haven caravan.
We would prefer shoes not to be worn on the carpeted areas of the caravan, this is to prevent staining. If you spill anything on the carpets please clean as soon as possible. Please do not let your children jump on the beds or on the sofa's. On leaving the caravan please leave it in the same clean state that it was when you arrived.
We ask guests check in after 4pm (although the park is accessible before hand) and and check out by 10am please
There is a Self check-in with lock box and we ask when you leave you do not leave the code visible.
This is a NO SMOKING caravan
Sorry no pets are allowed
Please do not remove any items from the caravan that we have put in, ornaments and decorative items are there for decoration - and not to be played with. Games are provided for your enjoyment, please take care of them and leave them in a good clean state for the next guests.
Please take care when cooking and if you have any spillages - (this includes the grill pan) please don't leave this for the cleaners, also please leave all pots, pans and crockery clean and ready for the next guests.
Do not put any sanitary items, wet wipes or disposable nappies in the toilets, bins are provided in each of the bathrooms - please use them.
Do not have candles or any other naked flames in the any areas of the caravan.
There is a clothes airer in the cupboard - we would appreciate you use this for drying any clothes.
This is a busy family park so please give consideration to other people around you, loud music is not allowed after 10pm in or around the caravan. If security are called this may result in your stay being cut short.
Before leaving please make sure all lights are switched off, all windows are closed and any heating is turned off.

Passes are available to buy and you will need these to access the swimming pools, the evening entertainment and live shows. Other activities including Kayaking and canoe coaching, peddle boats, climbing wall, archery, fun bikes, fairground, aerial adventure, segways, go-karts, crazy golf, Laser Quest, fishing, raft building, all the indoor arcades and the Land Train are accessible without passes - but are chargeable at the relevant adventure station situated at The Lakeside Complex.
There is a good bus service that runs directly to Scarborough and Bridlington and the beautiful town of Filey is a short walk. Filey is full of quaint coffee shops and restaurants and is a traditional fishing town.
Flamingo Land Resort and Zoo is less than 30 miles away and great for a fun packed family day out.
For prices on passes which can be purchased at reception please visit the Haven direct - We are not allowed to purchase passes for you (we would suggest you make yourself familiar with the activities and decide if you actually require passes before buying them). * The park offers a wide range of activities including swimming, canoeing, segways, go-karts, archery, shooting range, fishing, golf, climbing frames, playgrounds etc. There are restaurants, ice-cream parlour, pizza firepit, show bar, bingo and lots of indoor amusements for rainy days.

Lovely caravan nice central location to both the fun-works entertainment and the lake house with a park just across the road, nice and clean caravan would stay there again

Fabulous cosy and exceptionally clean caravan and Gill was so helpful and easy to contact x she went above and beyond what we expected and I can’t recommend Kitties Retreat highly enough x the games in the caravan were a lovely touch which our son appreciated and there’s so much to do both on the Haven site and in the local area (a lovely walk from the caravan to the beach!) and we will definitely be returning again soon as there’s still so much we want to discover! Thanks again!

Stayed at this accommodation over the weekend. It was lovely. Clean, tidy and very close to the amusements. Really good price and the beds were so comfy! Would definitely go again!
