Owner Description

Our Platinum grade holiday home offers accommodation for up to 6 people. We pride ourselves in our caravan being well maintained and immaculately presented to all holiday makers.

Our holiday home has a modern, spacious, open plan living/dining area with 40" LCD Flat screen television, Freeview, DVD player and electric fire. There is a two piece suite within the sitting area, the larger of the two folds out acting as a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated washing machine as well as an American style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. This combined area has laminate flooring.

Our caravan offers two bedrooms, the first of which has two single beds, clothes storage and a LCD TV/DVD. Our second and main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, it is spacious and has a comfortable king size bed, a double mirrored built in wardrobe and a dressing table. This room also has a LCD TV/Freeview/DVD. Bed linen is provided and beds are freshly made upon arrival.

Our caravan offers double French doors onto a spacious decking area with comfortable garden furniture provided.

Our van is perfectly situated on site with a short 5 minute walk to all on site amenities and a two minute walk to the beach.

In order to book our caravan we require a £50 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. We also ask for a refundable £50 breakages/damages payment upon arrival which will be returned to you upon departure providing the caravan is left in a satisfactory manner. We offer a meet and greet service upon arrival and departure. We prefer to thoroughly clean our caravan ourselves and ask holiday makers to arrive at 1pm or afterwards and leave at 10am in order for us to have time to do this.
