Each year we take our 2 grandchildren (aged 10 & 13 yrs) on a small holiday. In July we chose Presthaven Sands as the children are familiar with the resort and love its location and swimming pools. Since we only wanted a 4 night stay, starting on a Tuesday we chose to try and book privately. through our search of ukcaravans4hire.com we found the perfect caravan and a lovely owner Melissa who helped us arrange our stay in her holiday home. The caravans location on the site is ideal, near to the beach, facilities and a little park area. The caravan is beautifully kept , a home from home. Melissa had ensured that all requirements were met, thus allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The only things we needed to take were towels, food and ourselves. Perfect. A small, securely gated verander at the door would have been perfect if we had dogs or toddlers. I cannot recommend this holiday caravan and Melissa enough and hope to spend many more happy holidays in it. Thank You

First visited Melissa’s caravan in April 2022 and since then we’ve returned twice, once being a very late booking. From the first time of walking through the caravans door it felt like home, nice, clean, cozy and equipped with everything that makes your stay that little easier from bedding to cooking to tvs and toilet roll..all you need is your toiletries, towels, clothes and food. The children have enjoyed many days already making memories here and our little zuchon loves the balcony view. There’s literally no other caravan we look at booking anymore apart from this one. Melissa is a great renter, will do absolutely anything to fit your needs and make your stay an enjoyable one. Not only have we made a second home here we’ve also made a friend for life. I can’t thank this woman enough. 5* just isn’t enough.

We stayed at Melissa.s lovely caravan , well what can I say,she had thought about absolutely everything you would need for a short holiday and spotlessly clean , we had our two small dogs with us and we always take their beds n bowls but no need really the bowls and blankets were there should you wish to use them. The caravan is situated in the centre of the park which to us was the perfect place away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough for all the amenities. Perfect stay for all types of families , we would highly recommend Melissa,s caravan and booking with her was so simple from start to finish a really helpful lady

I have come to Presthaven with my family 3 times in the last 2 years and every time I stayed in Melissa’s caravan. Caravan is lovely, clean and has everything you need, proper home from home. The only thing you need to bring is some towels and yourself. Caravan has a little balcony with a gate which is perfect for the dogs. Caravan is in a good location, close to the beach and short walk to the amenities. Host is on hand to answer any questions you might have allowing you to relax enjoy your stay. I have enjoyed all my stays here and honestly couldn’t recommend the caravan enough!

We Had a lovely weekend stay which we booked last minute the owner was very accommodating and was very quick at responding to any queries we had, the caravan on arrival was very clean and well equipped and felt homely we had no issues what so ever, also our dog enjoyed her holiday she enjoyed sunbathing at the front door we didn’t need to worry about her as it was secured with gate, wished we had booked a longer stay as we had a lovely time we will definitely be returning for another stay and would recommend to our family and friends

This is a lovely cozy caravan, lots of space for the dog and children to play in, 5 minutes away from the main site, there's also a little park a few caravans away which my kids loved, there's also a little decking area with a gate which was good for the dog so she couldn't get out, Melissa is a lovely lady always willing to help with anything she also left a few condiments for us to use which was nice and there's a big basket of buckets spades and nets to go on the beach with , would defo stay here again, Thankyou mellisa

The caravan was spotless and smelt very fresh. The only things you need to bring will you are toiletries and towells. Everything else that you can think of is there. It was like home from home. Our two dobermans loved it,with plenty of walks on your door stop. Melissa is a warm and friendly lady. Would definitely recommend staying there

The Caravan was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The owner really has paid attention to detail to make every guests stay the best - with Tvs in every room, snuggly blankets, and even down to little pots of jam for your toast. . . .it was just perfect in every way. The location of the van is great too, close to the amenities and in a quiet spot. The owner was great to communicate with and made the booking easy. We will definitely be booking again. Thanks ????

We recently stayed in this caravan and absolutely loved our holiday. The caravan was clean, modern and very well equipped. The site is lovely, the van is close enough to the main site centre and shops but not too close for the noise to be a nuisance. Communication between us and the owner was great, Mellisa was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully book again in the future. Thank you x

We weren't actually a group of friends, but family members from 2 households. Our caravan was lovely and clean being comfortable and a short walk away from the main amenities. Caravan is well equipped with everything you need Melissa was quick to reply to any booking enquiries we had (non arrival of haven email for entry onto the site) and made sure everything was in place for a smooth entry. We booked this caravan very last minute The owner was excellent in excepting our late booking The caravan was spotless It smelt lovely All beds made up Plenty off cutlery ,plates , bowls , pans , cups , glasses etc There was also some condiments and coffee and teabags to start us off if we needed them It was very spacious Me my daughter in law and 4 kids stayed in the caravan I would highly recommend this van It was also not to far from the main facilities

We had a great stay, the caravan was spotless on arrival and felt like we were the first guests to ever stay. The overall park is great with lots going on, and for us was great as close to the beach and some great dog walks.

The caravan was lovely and clean, the kids loved the fact there were TVs in there bedrooms and the beds could be made into doubles. The site is really good and the kids thought the activities were amazing. We would definitely book again.

What a lovely clean spacious caravan this is! We really enjoyed our stay here and my 14 year old boy loved the big TV in the lounge and the fact he had one in his bedroom. He was also really happy that he could put the single beds together to make a double in his room. It’s a great location and my dog loved her walks on the beach & sand dews. The site has great facilities and is kept really clean. There’s lots of choice for food and 2 great clubhouses. I highly recommend this caravan and site to anyone. Can’t wait to return!
