Me and my 2 children had a lovely time, the caravan had everything we could possibly need. I was pleasantly surprised there was a lovely outdoor sofa. The beds are super comfy and it was handy having 2 toilets. The sofa in the lounge is huge so plenty of seating area. Neil was excellent at responding to my messages. Would definitely recommend to anyone

We had a great weekend. First time visiting the area. Caravan was very clean and smelt great. Neil replied to my emails promptly and answered all questions that I had. . Wish we had a few days more to discover the area, will definitely be visiting again.

Caravan was spotless and very modern , great facilities and good location on the park close to all the amenities in brean sands . Online booking real simple and we had a great time ( the weather was great to top it off ) .

A lovely caravan with excellent facilities including: a powerful shower, free parking (adjacent to caravan), and a nice plot of grass with an attractive outdoor seating area. It has a cosy living room area with good space and great heating on the cold nights. The caravan is located near the beach and large grass areas which make for perfect dog walks. The caravan was overall very clean, with the exception of the inside of the fridge not being cleaned. Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
