This caravan is perfectly situated on a nice site. Lovely views from large decking area. Everything you need. Beds are the most comfortable in any caravan I have stayed in. Van is spotless Claire is a pleasure to book with. Thanks to her and family for quick response to a small problem that occured.

We stayed at this caravan between 13th-17th June. As soon as we walked through the door it was a big WOW from both of us. The caravan had everything you wanted, the view from the decking area of the sea was really nice. It was nice to have 2 toilets and a choice of a bath or shower was really good too. The king-size bed was so comfortable (we are now thinking of getting a mattress like that ourselfs). The whole caravan was lovely and clean. The owner of the caravan was lovely to speak too as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again Thank You for a lovely stay. Annette and Andrew.

My mother and I took my son here for half term. We was instantly attracted to the caravan on booking. The caravan was so lovely and homely. The owner had the caravan ready by 2pm for us to check in. We was so pleased with it all, lovely location looking over Seaviews. The beds were so comfortable. It haf eveything you needed there. My son was particularly happy with the bath (never had a bath in a caravan before) so that was fab. Close to all amenities with information on places to go and see close by. The caravan has an xbox and a smart TV so you can log onto your own Netflix. We loved yhe veranda and we found it nice ans quiet in the evening too. Highly recommended, brilliant price and wrwould come again. Thank you!

What an absolutely beautiful caravan!! Lovely decor, fantastic, large beds, perfect site location and stunning sea views! I honestly cannot find any fault with this caravan, we had a great time and will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Fantastic caravan with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Views from the caravan over the bay are amazing. Lovely owners, very helpful with booking and details of arrival arrangements. On-site facilities at Hoburne Devon Bay are really good and easy walking distance to Goodrington Sands, bus stops and loacal shops.

I’m not normally one to complete reviews, Put simply. You pay less and get more with this accommodation. Perfect location, near the clubhouse and shops, breath taking views with plenty of sun on the decking. Beautiful caravan. The caravan was two bedrooms and we were a party of six using the sofa bed and still plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped unlike of caravans we have stayed in. We have been coming to this site for 35 years on and off and this was our best caravan yet overall. Simply lovely!

Well it was our first time holidaying in the South West and this certainly won’t be our last. Could not have picked 10 days of better weather if we had booked abroad, daily average temperature were in the high 70’s. The caravan was one of the best on site and had everything you needed and to top it off the view from the balcony was stunning. With all the cruise ships in the bay you could quite easily think you were in the Caribbean. The communication from the owner Claire was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Claire for an excellent stay and hopefully we will see you again in the near future.

Absolutely amazing pitch in the park. And plenty of sunshine on the decking all day long. We have had a relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again. I called the owner to check how to work an appliance and nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful. Caravan feels like home. We will always check you first for our dates. We had a fantastic time staying here with our two young children. The caravan is immaculate. The owners kindly provided lots of extra household items which allowed us to settle in and feel at home right away. Nothing was ever too much. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Hoburne is great for families with young children with plenty to do in and around the site. This was the first staycation we have had in many years and we enjoyed every minute of it! Hoping to stay here again next year. Thank you very much Claire!

Lovely lodge close to all amenities with fantastic sea views . We used as base to explore all around us from Babbacombe to Brixham. Very close to goodington beach, shops and takeaways. Highly recommend, our kids loved the indoor and outdoor swimming pools on site. Will definitely stay again, the owner was very helpful and easy to deal with too.

Fantastic caravan in great location. Waking distance to beach and short drive to many towns and beaches. Caravan was spotlessly clean and facilities were great for a family. We really enjoyed chilling on the terrace in the evening watching the sunset and the sea view. Only minor complaint would be that the mattresses weren't very comfortable and very soft.
