One of the best areas on the park, the Caravan occupies a sunny west facing position high in the sought after Red area with beautiful sea views over Weymouth Bay and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, enjoyed from the deck with patio set and chairs.

Access to Waterside's entertainment complex, bars and restaurants is included in the rental. Access to Watersides swimming pools and gym can be arranged on check in at reception

*NEW: Free WiFi in caravan, one device, 1GB per day. The site also has free WiFi available in the Sports Bar, or site wide for a fee, currently £5 for 5 days, 1GB/day. See Waterside Facilities below

Accommodation includes:

Lounge with coffee table, 46”TV and DVD player

Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher,

Dining area with 4 seater table and chairs

Main bedroom with king size bed, Wardrobe,dressing table with drowse , ensuite shower room WC and small TV on the wall

Second bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe and storage and TV on wall

Family WC with showeroom

All bedding duvets, pillows are included in the price.A charge on the security deposit may be levied if additional cleaning is required.

The Caravan comfortably sleeps 4,Unfortunately the caravan is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to its elevated location.

Please note that we let for full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of £100 is payable on booking, non refundable in the event of cancellation, loss or damage. The full rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

Takeaway serving the usual favourites from fish’n’chips to curries.

Owner's Booking Terms
Please use the booking form for enquiries or text message with same information. We will respond immediately where possible. A non refundable £100 deposit is payable on booking. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks before arrival and will include an additional £100 refundable breakage deposit. Breakage deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure if no major issues.

Have just returned from a wonderful week with lovely weather a superb caravan in a lovely spot with a sea view cannot rate it highly enough will definitely be back . Thank you Gary for the easy booking and being so accommodating as it was a last minute decision. Also the bottle of wine left for us was a very nice surprise and very welcome.
