Description

Very good location, short walk from the entertainment facility & swimming pool whilst not being on a thoroughfare so a very quiet area (ideal for Families).

On a small cul-de-sac so very little traffic coming through.

Very close to the park and playing field.

Five minutes walk to the shop.

15 minute walk to the beach/Tenby town centre.

All bedding is provided including duvets, pillows, duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets (towels not included) Our Holiday Home benefits from double glazing and gas central heating throughout and all gas and electric costs are included. Freeview TV's are now provided in 2 or the 3 bedrooms. Wifi can be arranged on request (additional small charge)

There are many extra activities and facilities available at the park and passes are available to purchase separately directly from Kiln park (prices are between £9.50 and £33.25 per person per stay). You will need to contact the park directly or fill in an online form that can be emailed through to you, to arrange fun passes. You will need to make the payment a minimum of two weeks prior to the commencement of you holiday. Failure to comply could result in an additional charge.

10/10. Beautiful caravan, very clean and well kept, in a quiet part of the park yet still within 5 minutes walk of the play area, shop etc and the entrance to the path to the beach and into Tenby. Good communication with the owners

Excellent service from owner, very helpful and prompt to get back with any queries we had. Perfect caravan for families, photo's don't do it justice,, would definately recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in this spotlessly clean and comfortable caravan. Contact with the owner was easy. Our teenage grandchildren would have liked to have had Internet access but maybe lack of it was a plus!

Lovely clean and spacious caravan in a brilliant location on site. Very quiet area. Only downside was no connection to wi-fi whatsoever but this was a problem in the area as a whole. Beth was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do in local area. Tenby is a very beautiful place and well worth a visit.

The caravan was immaculate, my stay was peaceful and the location was quiet , but not to far away from the entertainment. Katie went above & beyond for my self, as the dates I wanted wasn’t normally something she did. There was all brand new cooking equipment left as last guests had taken the old, even though I explain I wouldn’t be using the oven ect during my stay; excellent value for money & id most definitely use this caravan again at my stay down Tenby . Thank you :)

My stay at the caravan was peaceful & quiet , but not to far away from the entertainment , Katie went above and beyond for myself as the dates I wanted as a bit awkward, the caravan wasn’t immaculate & had all brand new cooking equipment left when I arrived. I recently stayed at Katie’s caravan 29th June 2nd July. The caravan was immaculate, Katie Informed me before my stay about how some facilities was missing due to other customers, I explained I wouldn’t be needing them anyway. When we arrive at the caravan there was all brand new there anyway. The pitch was quiet & peaceful but not to far away from anything. Iv already recommended the caravan to friends & will be getting in touch for another stay again. Thanks very much :)
