This Luxury Holiday Home is a 2013 Atlas Sapphire with lounge area having a Sofa Bed, wrap round seating, 42” TV, Electric Fire, and Double opening patio doors leading to large decking area with stunning sea views.
DECKING
Large decking area to the end and side of the Home, with table and chairs, ideal to eat outside with the fabulous sea views. With deck lights
DINING AREA
The dining area has a table and chairs, again with sea views.
KITCHEN
Fully Fitted with full size cooker 4 Hob Gas burners, Dishwasher, Washing machine/Dryer, Large fridge freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Cooker Hood extractor, and a Velux roof light.
MASTER BEDROOM
The bed is King size, with dressing table, large wardrobe, and en suite, Toilet and wash basin, TV and Air Conditioning unit.
SECOND BEDROOM
This has twin beds, wardrobe, and locker spaces.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a toilet and wash basin, large Shower cubical with temperature controlled shower unit.
GENERAL
The Holiday Home is double glazed, with Full central Heating. Its sited on the very Popular Waterside Holiday Park, that has a club House, with entertainment , a Shop, the Smugglers pub that offers a range of Food and drinks, a large outdoor Heated swimming pool, children’s play area.
You have access to coastal paths, local beaches, and the Dartmouth Steam railway passes by the site. The location give you easy access to Brixham, Goodrington beach and Water Park, local Paignton, and Torquay.
A 20% deposit is required when booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your Holiday. Payment in full if your Holiday is within 8 weeks of Booking.
Weekly passes for all facilities within the park are purchased from reception at £5.35 per person (Under 3 free)
