Owner Description

Three-bedroom ABI St. David on a plot with lakeside views in Pinewoods Holiday Park, Wells-Next-The-Sea on the North Norfolk Coast. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pinewoods is situated in an incredible location, literally a dune away from one of the best beaches in the UK. Aside from the beach, Wells and the surrounding towns and villages provide a wide variety of destinations, attractions and, of course, great places to eat – we recommend French’s in Wells for fish and chips, or Deepdale Café and Great Walsingham Barns Café (for pies) further afield. If you don’t fancy the drive to Walsingham, the world’s smallest public railway runs regular steam trains between the two.

The park has several amenities including Wi-Fi and a laundrette, a shop and beach side café, as well as cycle hire and a children’s playground. There are miles of beach and pine woodland to explore, as well as popular paths to Holkham hall and other sites of interest. Finally, Wells Harbour Railway operates a 10¼“ gauge miniature railway between the park and town, a lovely substitute for the mile walk when the weather turns.

The caravan itself comes with a fully equipped kitchen, TV and Freeview, central heating and an outdoor patio. There are two twin-bed rooms, a sofa bed in the living room and a master bedroom with an en-suite toilet. The caravan is situated with a view of the lake, and within a 5-minute walk of the park’s shop and café, as well as Wells’ famous beach.

Minimum stay of 3 nights.

Pets welcome, but please do not leave them unattended in the caravan.
