Smytham Manor - Holiday Accommodation 9526

Our caravan is situated on an end position enjoying a good degree of privacy. It has a large gated decked area where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views over the Devonshire countryside (patio furniture provided).

This spacious caravan being 39ft in length has 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a double bed, TV, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite shower and WC.

The second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a full size double and wardrobe storage.
The main bathroom has a the luxury of a corner bath with shower over.

In the kitchen you will find a full size cooker, integrated fridge/freezer (bought new July 2021) and a small washing machine. A microwave, slow cooker and a Halo health fryer are also provided together with all the necessary utensils.

The lounge/dining area has free standing furniture with DVD player, Bluetooth music centre/ CD player and a 40" smart TV.
Addition sleeping for 2 on the sofabed which opens up to a small double (4')

An iron and hairdryer are provided.
A Cool box with ice packs is also available for guests to use for those summer picnics.


There is also a selection DVD's, books and indoor and outdoor games.

Smytham Manor is a small quiet site that requests noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8 am.
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool and paddling pool which has been totally revamped 2021, childrens play area, games room and a small bar which is child and dog friendly (seasonal opening times).
A large dog walking paddock leads you directly onto the Tarka Trail where you can walk or cycle for miles without traffic.

This lovely David Bellamy gold award winning site is ideally located to explore Devons beautiful countryside and beaches with Westward Ho! Instow and Bideford just a 20 mins drive away.
