Owner Description

Our caravan is situated on an end position enjoying a good degree of privacy. It has a large gated decked area where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views over the Devonshire countryside (patio furniture provided).

This spacious caravan being 39ft in length has 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite shower and WC.

The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe storage. The main bathroom has a corner bath with shower over.

In the kitchen you will find a full size cooker, integrated fridge, freezer and washing machine. A majority of the equipment has been purchased new this year including a Halo health fryer.

The lounge/dining area has free standing furniture with 40" TV, DVD player, Bluetooth music centre/ CD player.

An iron and hairdryer are also provided.

There is also a selection DVD's, books and indoor and outdoor games.

Smytham Manor is a small quiet site that requests noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8 am.
There is an outdoor solar heated pool, childrens play area, games room and a small bar which is child and dog friendly (seasonal opening times).
A large dog walking paddock leads you directly onto the Tarka Trail where you can walk and cycle for miles without traffic.

This lovely David Bellamy gold award winning site is ideally located to explore Devons beautiful countryside and beaches with Westward Ho! Instow and Bideford just a 20 mins drive away

Stayed here recently and can honestly say it is one of the nicest caravans we have been in. The owners really have thought of everything and were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. The caravan itself is spotlessly clean and in a lovely location on the site - and the views across open countryside are just stunning. We will definitely be booking to come back here later this year !

What an incredibly beautiful stay! I booked this holiday for me, my partner and dog with the aim to find somewhere we could relax, unwind and fill our lungs with country air. It’s fair to say we hit the nail on the head here. Situated in a beautiful yet peaceful area of the countryside, just a short commute from the beach. We found our stay to be everything we wanted and more. The only disappointment was we left wishing we had booked longer! We had clear instructions left by the owners on how to use all the appliances etc which was really useful! Nothing was too much trouble for them, always on hand to answer any questions we had and offered loads off advice on the surrounding area... plus where we could find the best walks for our pup! 100% would recommend to all! We can’t wait to book again!
