Our stunning 2018 Carnaby Helmsley Lodge is located just a 5 minute walk from Lydstep beach and has outstanding sea views towards Lydstep Headland & Caldey Island.

The spacious living room has an Inglenook fireplace with mock log burner to enhance heating if required. There is a flat screen TV with soundbar. Patio doors lead onto a glass fronted decking area with patio furniture, and amazing elevated sea views. A BBQ is available for your use.

The wrap around kitchen has a connecting dining area feature and stunning high-gloss surfaces. Equipped with gas oven/hob, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen accessories, crockery and cutlery, there is plenty of storage space available.

The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and en-suite toilet. Again, there is plenty of storage space in the wardrobes and drawers, along with a dressing table and TV. A hairdryer is provided.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a fitted wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and a vanity unit with cupboard and shelves for storage.

The caravan has its own private parking alongside, and is conveniently located a 15 minute walk from the clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The shop, laundry & park are within a short 10 minute stroll.

Short term breaks are available Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

Note - Pillows & duvets are provided but sheets, covers, pillow cases, towels are not included (these can be hired from Lydstep Caravan Hire if required). We are unable to accept group bookings from those 21 and under. Also Haven do not allow single sex group bookings. Please note no smoking or pets are permitted inside the caravan. Please note however the owners have a small dog so this caravan is not suitable for those with allergies.

Guest Passes can be purchased for the duration of your stay for the use of the facilities at Lydstep Beach Holiday Village including a heated indoor pool, sea kayaks, paddle boards, ranger and other activities, and club house (note that charges may apply to some activities and that the club house closes in November until the new season on 1st March).

£100 Refundable Deposit required.

From arrival until departure an all round 1st class experience. 431 The Terraces offers a fantastic view over the Bay. The internal & external quality of the accommodation cannot be faulted. Cleanliness was excellent, with more than enough crockery & cutlery to hold a dinner party. The location on site was extreemy peaceful albeit the site was busy. Hats off to the owners for making our weekend special. Thank You.
