Have just returned from a lovely break. The caravan was lovely and in an excellent location overlooking the sea. The hosts Paul and his wife couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved sitting on the deck on an evening looking out at the water and boat traffic, what a lovely way to pass the time. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this luxurious and well equipped caravan again, many thanks Paul, 5***.

Great communication with Paul on the build up to the holiday which is always appreciated. Met by Paul at the van with the keys and showed me where everything was for me to enjoy my stay. The location and view is amazing and I certainly loved having my coffee looking at the sea in the morning. Very comfy caravan with everything you need. The check out process was easy too so I can’t fault anything. Would definitely recommend and me and my pooch will be back to enjoy that beautiful veranda again soon.

Paul met us on arrival which was a nice touch as it was late as we had a challenging journey. Caravan is in a lovely spot looking out to sea with all the mod cons needed and a huge television which my boys loved. We had a very relaxing time and the site has lots of facilities but pre warn check availability before booking activities package with Haven. Would thoroughly recommend thus Caravan

Our third stay at this immaculate holiday home. Due to it's beachfront location, the stunning views from the balcony are second to none. As always, we received a very warm welcome from Paul, who is always willing and available to offer help should it be required. Had the most Relaxing break in Paul & Sam's Lovely Caravan , the views are amazing. Everything we needed and more, Paul kept in contact the whole process. We have just returned from our wonderful holiday. We booked this holiday back in February and from the very first call with Paul we felt safe booking a private caravan. Paul was always very helpful and on hand to answer any questions prior to our stay. He greeted us at the caravan and explained everything, nothing was too much trouble. The caravan itself is stunning. Super super clean and very inviting with comfy beds. The extra touches such as Alexa the DVD player and the large tv’s with WiFi kept the family entertained. The location is absolutely perfect and I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beech. Paul even let us borrow his binoculars to watch the boats pass bye, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a fabulous time and can not wait to return next year.

Thanks Paul & Sam for our 3rd stay at this fantastic caravan (I forgot to review in July). We took our Son & Grandson this time and had such a great holiday. The van is at the sites best location and has fantastic sea views. It’s always very clean & has the best layout. It’s lovely to have such a large decking area with table and chairs. We will definitely be back next year.

We received a very warm welcome from Paul on our arrival. The caravan was immaculate - very clean and tidy. The setting was second to none. Unspoilt views overlooking the sea. The veranda around the length of the caravan was an asset, as we could leave the caravan door open without any fear of the dog escaping. The wi-fi was certainly an added bonus. We would highly recommend this caravan for a holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again for future visits. Thank you Paul!

We had such a wonderful holiday at Paul and Sam's caravan. The location is perfect, fab views out to sea and such a short walk to get down onto the beach. We spent a lot of time down there, our dog loved it!! The enclosed balcony was brilliant for the dog and children so felt completely at ease leaving the door open. Short walk to the main Haven facilities. The caravan was perfect for us with 2 small children, a newborn and a dog. The caravan was so clean and tidy. Also the use of wifi, Alexa and DVD player was great! Thanks again, we would love to book again!

we booked this caravan for a 4 night stay, the caravan was very clean, comfortable with views to die for. Our grandchildren were staying the same park and when they came to see us they just loved the views we had a fantastic holiday. and cannot praise the caravan and owner highly enough.

Just arrived back from a wonderful week in Paul and Sams caravan. We been caravanning for 25 years now and this is probably the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The position is wonderful too We took our two dogs. One who is 14 so the large grassed area at the front of the caravan was great for him to wonder and sniff at his own pace and the dog friendly beach was brilliant for our young Border Collie. Even if you do not have dogs and you would like to enjoy this caravan please do not be put off as you would never know dogs have been in the caravan there is no ‘doggie smell’ which can come with some dog friendly caravans. We have just finished our stay at Paul and Sam’s caravan. We had a lovely time, even though the weather wasn’t great. The caravan was so relaxing and clean and the views through the window were wonderful. It was so warm and comfortable to come back to after our long walks with our little dog. He certainly enjoyed himself and so did we. We will definitely be returning.

Our second visit and would love to come again. Beautiful luxury caravan. Very comfortable. Really good views from the large window, overlooking the sea towards Spurn Head lighthouse and the Humber Forts, so good views even if its a bit too windy to use the patio furniture. Very well placed for a walk/cycle ride into Cleethorpes, or if a quieter place is required a walk/cycle ride out through Humberston. We cycled to Saltfleet and back, which was a nice day out. An added bonus for us is that the lock up outside the caravan is ideal for storing the bikes securely. Thoroughly recommended. (Mature brother & sister, rather than couple)

My family and I stayed at Paul & Sam’s caravan for the first time last week and had a wonderful time. We had a warm welcome from Paul who showed us around and it was reassuring to know we could contact him at any time. The caravan was spotlessly clean and the bedding was comfortable and cosy. It was a lot bigger than what it looks like in the photos. The most remarkable thing about the caravan is the view across the Humber. It’s wonderful to just sit and watch the ships go by, see the windmills turning by the lighthouse and see Bull and Haile Fort. There was a secure lock up to put our bikes in and the large expanse of grass between the front of the caravan and the beach is great for kids to play on. It was nice to have thick curtains to block out the light in the bedrooms. The large sofa is very comfortable too. Many thanks to you both, it was so relaxing and we’ll definitely stay again.

Lovely spot for a weekend away. My wife & I went with our dog, lots of amazing walks on the beach and then such an incredible setting for relaxing with a drink & looking at the sea view. Also a quiet spot on the seafront so no noise in the evenings/at night. Caravan was spotlessly clean on arrival and all COVID precautions were taken. We were met at the caravan by Paul who gave us a socially-distanced tour of the accomodation and explained everything to us. He was happy to be contacted if needed but thankfully this wasn't necessary. We didn't venture into Cleethorpes itself so can't comment on that but stayed around the caravan and beach - no need to go elsewhere really. Would definitely be happy to return in the future.

What a superb location and lovely,warm,cosy, clean caravan. Even though we didn't use the Haven facilities we had all we needed for us and the dogs. Discovered Humberston areas we hadn't before. Cleethorpes Tap is a must , dog friendly, and on the door step. There is outside storage where Paul let us store our bikes safely and the veranda is nice and secure for the dogs. We hope to return for a few days next year. Thanks Sam and Paul.

Just got back from a lovely weekend at Paul & Sam’s b caravan., I can honestly say I’ve never stayed in a caravan that was so clean....spotless is an understatement! As far as location We love this part of Thorpe Park and the caravan is beautifully situated right on the sea front with views to die for! You can’t stop looking out of the window the beach, sea & sand on your doorstep. Very dog friendly. Great stay thanks guys. Highly recommended.????

So glad we came across this van.The owner met us on arrival which does not happen very often. The van was very well equipped and very very clean, We had a great weekend,loads of walks with our family dog meeka,along the beach and around the park. The views added an extra touch on an evening,and 1st thing in a morning waking up looking across the humber. Was a shame to leave but we will be definitely be rebooking for a few breaks next year. We have been hiring pet friendly caravans for the last six years and this, by far, has been the cleanest and of such a high standard. Set on a quiet part of the site but close enough to amenities for anyone who wants them. Amazing views, Paul and Sam were so helpful, I have no hesitation recommending this caravan, will definitely be back next year for a longer break.

Really enjoyed a few days in this caravan. Excellent view from the window & easy beach access. Very comfortable, warm, clean caravan. Never been in one so good! Met by owners & made welcome. We had taken our bikes and there is easy access to the track for a quick ride into Cleethorpes. There was also a lock up at the caravan which made an excellent store for our two bikes, keeping them secure and dry. Would definitely strongly recommend this caravan. Also launderette and mini market on site. (Not mature couple - brother & sister, but nearest on selection list)

It was mine and my partners first time staying in a static caravan and we absolutely loved it, the van itself was so clean/tidy and very well presented! The van had everything we needed including baking utensils which came in handy on the rainy days we had! The view from the caravan out onto the beach is absolutely magnificent, we couldn’t of picked a better caravan to stay in, would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a lovely break and time to relax
