We booked last minute and Liam and Clarissa were really accommodating and friendly, with great communication. The caravan itself was spotless, spacious, modern and perfectly located near the main facilities. Would definetely book again!

Caravan was lovely. With some decking to the side with a gate. Very clean. Nice size TV, a dvd player and dvd's, also games and books for guests to use. Caravan was more than big enough for 4 adults and a 9 year old. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a fabulous 5 days stay in Liam’s caravan, the caravan is lovely and modern with everything you will need for a fabulous stay, wether it’s a couple or a family. The caravan is fully central heated, it was so cosy on a cold September evening. The caravan is situated a short walk to all the amenities, there was plenty of things for the kids to do and great bars for adults too. I highly recommend this caravan, Liam was very efficient in keeping in touch and sorted our booking out promptly, We won’t hesitate to book again.

Lovely caravan and in a very good location on the park, only a couple of minutes walk to the facilities. Large grass area right outside the caravan for the children to play, excellent communication from the owner. The holiday was fantastic.

Wonderful stay , 8 of us stayed in the caravan and still had plenty of room. The caravan is in a fantastic spot near to the main facilities and within a grassed area which is very safe for the children. The caravan was new and looked after and had everything we needed. Liam was great from the second we booked and we wouldn’t hesitate booking with him again . Thank you

My friend and I booked via UK caravan 4 hire which was straightforward and easy, after booking Liam was there to quickly answer any of our questions and was always happy to help. The accommodation was immaculate, also the additions of child friendly dining sets, games and DVDs were an added bonus. Would book this caravan again, although it was disappointing all the activities Haven had on offer were fully booked, which included the swimming so took away from the usual caravan holiday.

The caravan is in a great location close to all the amenities surrounded by a large grassy area which is great for kids. Caravan was spotless and the booking process seamless. Liam is contactable from the beginning for anything we needed. Would definitely book again.

What a lovely weekend we had. The caravan was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The communication was fab. From booking to leaving. Over the years we have booked direct with holiday companies. This way was by far so much better. I would highly recommend booking with Clarissa and Liam. As this break was probably the best and most stress free we have ever been on. Thanks guys

We have just returned from a lovely short break with our two young boys staying in Liam and Clarissa's caravan. The caravan was spotlessly clean and is obviously well cared for (better than most we have stayed in). The location on the park is ideal, it is only a short walk to the main facilities but far away enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. Communication from the owners was great and we will definitely book with them again if we return to the Lakeland site in the future. 5 stars all round.!!

Absolutely beautiful caravan and beautiful park Good location within the park not to close to the main buildings that you have to listen to the hustle and bustle but also not to far away that there’s a long walk. Perfect for our autistic son. Had fantastic contact with the owners throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend and will be returning. ??????????

Just returned from this beautiful caravan and we had a fantastic time. Everything you would need in a caravan for a break away. The owners were so friendly, helpful and gave great tips for places round about to visit. The on-site park is big with lots to do and beautiful lake. My boys loved the onsite 9hole golf course. The restaurant was nice and food was lovely but the food at Chinese chippy at the end of the road was delicious! A much needed break away for us thanks again !

Last minute break away, so glad we stumbled across this beautiful caravan in a lovely area too! The owners couldn’t be more helpful and great at responding, the caravan itself is absolutely immaculate. Couldn’t of asked for more! Really pleased with our stay, the kids loved it. We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay. Beautiful,well equipped and comfortable caravan. Home from home and immaculately clean. Nice touches such as dvd player and selection of family dvds for rainy days . Owner communication excellent and very helpful. Well run,friendly site,would highly recommend this accomodation. Caravan stay was great it was just the Bank Holiday break we needed. The caravan it self was in great condition and loved our stay. Having 2 WC was good with 7 people staying. We just wished there was some means of drying/airing the wet towels as only one hot towel rail. But by no means it’s not a complaint- as we loved our stay and overall site facilities were fantastic. Communication from Liam was spot on from initial booking right the way through day we left and security bond refunded.

The caravan was modern, very clean, extremely comfortable and provided everything we could want to make our stay a happy one. We were situated in a quiet area - just a short walk from all facilities. We enjoyed our early evening drinks overlooking the Otter Lake and our morning swim in the indoor pool. Location was great and a short drive to most of the Lakes. All in all a fantastic 4 days away in a very nicely presented caravan during such a difficult time. Customer service was excellent.

Stayed here as a family of 4 , two adults and two 13 year olds. The caravan was modern, very clean and extremely comfortably. As a plus to any dads out there with two daughters, there’s two toilets should the bathroom be pre-occupied to apply make-up/ hair styling :). Owners were always on hand to help and quick at responses (especially after the terrible thunderstorm). Location was fantastic for us and a short drive to most of the lakes, which we made the most of swimming in Coniston. All in all a fantastic four nights away in a very nicely presented caravan during such an unprecedented time.

We stayed in August as felt our family desperately needed some time to relax and unwind with the difficult few months everyone has experienced due to Covid. From the initial enquiry to leaving after our 4 day stay, we had fantastic communication and all questions answered with lots of advise and support. The Caravan was clean and spacious for us - 2 adults and 3 children (3, 5 and 11). We had all we could need. The site is good too with so much to do. We ventured out and explored the Lake District as well visiting some places on recommendation of the owners!

Absolutely lovely caravan, very comfortable and suitable for all ages. Owners couldnt do more for you and very easy to contact. Great night sleep, site is great only down side was our experience with the bar/restaurant where owners were treated better than people that had privately hired but didnt effect our stay and has no reflection on the caravan owners at all. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

A fantastic, comfortable caravan with plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Main bathroom very spacious, which is needed when getting the family ready for days out. Caravan had everything we needed for our stay. Owners easy to contact if we needed to ask questions and very helpful. Lots of entertainment on site, children had lots of fun. We will definitely be staying again next year.

Lovely new caravan, high standard and excellent facilities. Accommodated 6 adults no problem. Site is excellent with full faculties and so much stuff to do! Also location is great and not far from major visitor spots in the Lake District. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Everything you need in an immaculate and beautifully furnished caravan. Owners could not be more helpful and dealt with any queries straight away. In a quiet area of the park but not too far from amenities. Lots to do on site and near many places of interest. We are grandparents with two teenage granddaughters who loved it, so hopefully it will not be too long before we are able to return.

Lovely caravan, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you’d need. Great position in the park nice and quiet as well as being close to all the parks amenities. The customer service was second to none with instant replies and clear information every step of the way so I was left totally reassured. Can’t find fault with anything; beautiful accommodation and a lovely spot in the beautiful lakes what more can you ask!

Lovely new caravan, ideal for large families and very clean. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Stayed for a family holiday, plenty for kids in the leisure park and the caravan is really comfortable with all necessities for the guests.
