Lovely caravan all the way throughout, beautiful bit of decking and patio set. The beds were really comfortable compared to any other caravan beds I've slept in, these were amazing. Everything you need is in the caravan. Ellen is really nice and helpful with any queries we had. Definitely book again. Sad to be going home.

I can’t recommend this caravan enough, from the moment I sent the initial enquiry the personal friendly service.from Ellen has been amazing. On arrival the caravan was immaculate and had lovely wee touches like loo roll folded hotel style, We will definitely be booking again, as a family we have been going to Berwick for over 20 years and we weren’t disappointed. This caravan is excellent if you have a wee dog and or young kids, the decking area is secure so you don’t need to worry about having the door closed all the time as they are not going anywhere, the location is great too, lovely view of the sea and right next to the beach access one way or a couple of minutes walk to the entertainment complex the other way. Even with no small kids or dogs this is a great choice of accommodation I’d you want to stay in Berwick upon Tweed.

Booked a Monday to Friday with our 2 older children and 9 month old pup and had a wonderful time. Caravan was immaculate and the area was fab for paddling, building sand castles and walking. Great facilities in the caravan and the patio area was great for keeping the pup safe. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again should we visit Berwick again!

Just come back from 5 days in this caravan. The caravan was so lovely and had everything we needed and more. The decking was brilliant with the lovely weather we had. Ellen made the whole process from booking to check out so easy. The site is so close to a lovely little beach which we all enjoyed and some beautiful cliff top walks round into Berwick. Hopefully be back next year to visit again.

This Caravan was a little gem of a find Ellen the owner is so nice and could not do enough even fitting a blue Ray disc player for us at short notice the Caravan itself has been fitted out to a very very high standard with fixtures and fittings first class the beds are to die for and a good night sleep is guaranteed the outside decking has been recently added and has a lovely table and 4 chairs to sit with a beer or glass of wine and relax of an evening the area itself is situated only a short 5 minute walk from the main complex and has a really nice feel to it and also has a lovely sea view overall anyone booking this Caravan will be thoroughly delighted and will have lovely memories of their stay in berwick at Ellen's place 10/10

We had a lovely week in Ellen's caravan. Van was lovely and clean on our arrival and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The van is situated in a great spot near to the little beach and great dog walk around the cliff tops and public footpath into Berwick Town. A walk around the town walls is a must if you like history. We visited Dunbar, St. Abbs, Eyemouth, Sea Houses and Bamburgh. If you have children there are lots of facilities on the site and the site staff are very friendly. It is lovely to sit on decking in the sunshine and just chill. I would recommend a visit to this holiday home from home.

This is our 2nd stay at Ellen’s caravan which is just like a home from home . Trying to find a 3 bedroom caravan which also caters for dogs is almost impossible but this ticks all the boxes & more it is absolutely spotless, the beds are so comfy the crockery, utensils etc are plentiful , the sea views & decking area are amazing . Ellen is great at recommending places to go to aswell as eating places - we visited an Italian restaurant in town called Lemoncello and can highly recommend it . We also visited Bamburgh Castle which has a stunning beach & also Spittal beach which is a very short drive & was beautiful. We will definitely be back , thanks again Ellen x

The caravan was lovely, it was clean and very well equipped! Home from home. The views from the patio are great, we had good weather for our long weekend, it was so nice just to relax on the patio with our Labrador. Unfortunately there were too many steps for us to get to the beach but everything else was perfect! Ideal location. We have just got back from a weekend away at Ellen’s caravan, it is just lovely very much a home from home , very clean modern and has beautiful view of the sea . The location is just perfect ???????? not to far away from the facilities, and very close to the beach , pet friendly aswell my dog loved sitting on the decking outside watching the world go by , we will definitely be back !! We stayed in Ellen's caravan as a family of 5 with our dog. Finding a 3 bedroom caravan that accepts dogs and is a home from home is rare so when I found this I was pleasantly surprised. The caravan is in a lovely quiet spot on the park away from passing traffic and with a gorgeous sea view. The caravan had a secure decking area which was great for our nosey beagle who loves to people watch. Communication from beginning to end was fabulous with Ellen ensuring every little detail was sorted and directions to the caravan were fabulous. On arrival the caravan was spotless and the beds made up on arrival, normally I struggle with bedding and pillows whenever we stay anywhere but the bedding was so lovely that I actually slept in (total rarity for me). Wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

This is our second year staying at Ellen's caravan. Me ,two daughters and dog had a lovely time and would definitely recommend anyone to stay . It's just like a home from home very clean and quiet with a seaveiw. Have plans to go back again. Ideal for a break with families or older couples. Really enjoyed it and would like to say big thank you to Ellen.

We have just returned from Ellens caravan where myself, my partner, 3 kids and our dog had a brilliant stay. Everything in the caravan was clean and tidy and it was on a lovely pitch, great view of the sea. Not too close and not too far from the complex aswell. I stayed for a week with my two daughters and dog, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed it. The caravan was very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea. Ellen was very helpful and we had everything you need there. Would definitely go again next year and would recommend it to anyone. Plenty of places to visit and the beaches are really clean. We spent a fabulous week at this caravan and couldn't ask for anymore. Everything that you could ever need was there. Caravan was spotless and beds so comfy and warm. Ellen herself is more than accommodating for you there is nothing that's any problem and so helpful from the moment I sent my enquiry to her until the day we left. We had our wee dog with us which was no bother, she had an absolute ball, shd lives Berwick as much as us. Just returned from a great short break (four nights) at this excellent facility. My wife, myself and our two Cairn Terriers Dougal and Monty were able to explore new areas along the coast towards Scotland - Eyemouth, St Abbs and Dunbar - as well as revisiting old favourites - Holy Island, Bamburgh, Seahouses and Beadnell Bay - and also enjoy the walks along the cliffs in front of the caravan and the lovely Berwick upon Tweed town and wall walks. Real doggy heaven and they slept well every night in the van and have not moved since they got home. When we arrived Ellen had left us tea, milk, sugar and biscuits so we were able to enjoy a nice cuppa whilst we surveyed our new surroundings - and they were excellent in every way. The caravan is a 'home from home' with everything you could wish for - views, comfort, facilities on site - and I have to mention the security man at the entrance - I have never met a more friendly man, nor one who waved and smiled as much, so much so we were waiting for his arms to fall off!! But the best recommendation is, obviously, if we would go back and the answer is.......of course we will and are already looking at dates for next spring. If you are considering this caravan for a break or holiday then don't bother looking elsewhere. David, Gillian and two very tired Cairn Teriers Dougal and Monty

On arriving at the caravan after this lovely couple left I found a beautiful thank you card thanking me for a terrific break, but I must thank them for treating our wee home from home as there own home it was left immaculate can’t wait for there return.

Have just had a fabulous week away with my mother and our 3 wee Yorkies. Can’t praise Ellen enough. Everything was perfect. Site was immaculate and the position of the caravan was great. Loved our sea view. The decking was great we sat and had our lunch and the dogs loved it. Will definitely be booking with Ellen again. We loved our home from home. Thankyou Ellen.

Stayed in this caravan in the school summer holidays with my 9 year son and my friend with her 10 year old son and we all loved every minute of it. Caravan was immaculate and had everything you need and more! heating was great and so was the tv for chilled nights. The outside decking was lovely and we loved sitting on a morning eating our breakfast while watching the waves and breathing in the sea air ???????? and the sun hits it perfectly throughout the day. We all loved our stay here so thanks again Ellen for letting it out to us ????.

My family and i have just returned from a 5 day break at berwick . When i initially contacted the owner ellen , she got back to me very quickly in regards to the booking. She had the dates available for when we wanted them . She was wxtremely helpfull with any questions i had and always got back to me straight away. When we arrived at the caravan we were very pleased with the location on site as it was'nt to far from the entertainment complex but also it was over looking the sea which was a beautiful view . We had the added extra bonus from the outside veranda (balcony) were we cud sit at the table and have a cuppa and our breakfasts when the weather was nice. It was very peacefull and relaxing. There was lovely lighting around the steps and on the veranda itself so if you wanted to on a night time you could sit out there in the dark and enjoy the sounds from the sea with a glass of beer or wine . There was more than enough to do on site for the children and when we spent time in the caravan we played cards and dominos that were supplied by ellen to keep us entertained. All of our family commented on how comfortable the beds and bedding were by far the comfiest weve slept in so far. We all had a really good holiday and will definatly be back and will be using ellen again. I will also be reccomending ellen to our family and friends if they ever go there as the price was so reasonable for the length of our stay .Also they accept pets although i didnt take myne on this occasion but its really good to no that we couldin the future. So we would just like to say thankyou ellen and mick for making our family holiday worth while we will defo be back again .

Just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday . Ellen the owner was fantastic responding immediately to my initial enquiry and full of recommendations for places to visit and eating places out-with the sight - she truly went above and beyond. The caravan was immaculate a home from home with everything you could possibly need or want and the beds were the most comfiest I have ever slept in on a caravan holiday- even my teenage kids mentioned this . The decking was an added bonus having a dog she likes to sit outside and watch the world go by and finally the views - absolutely stunning sea view . We have just returned from a fabulous break . The caravan was immaculate a home from home with everything you could possibly want or need . The decor and finishing touches are beautiful and all colour coordinated. Having stayed in many caravans this had by far the most comfiest beds I have ever slept in - our teenage kids said the same .The outside decking was an added bonus as it allows you to sit and admire the stunning sea views and our dog loved this space as she loves to sit and watch the world go by . We had a lovely trip to the beach at Bamburgh Castle which was stunning and also had a lovely meal in Berwick-upon-Tweed at a restaurant called lemoncello all recommended by Ellen. We will definitely be back . Ellen keep up the good work .
