Owner Description

Our caravan was built as a Limited Edition to Cosalt, with the added bonus of the way it is pitched and the space all around it with lots of interesting trees and shrubs and grass to spread yourself about plus a double parking bay.

The caravan is very easy to just unwind, relax and enjoy yourself within or outside and once inside a bit like a Tardis!

The main bedroom is On a Forest theme, it’s very roomy with a kingsize comfy bed, which while sat up you can gaze at the Palm tree and birds outside or watch the Flat screen TV on the wall. Two of the plug sockets are adapted to take phone chargers, (USB ) 2 Wardrobes, lots of draw space and dressing table and room to walk all the way round the bed. Under bed storage for your suitcase.
A Retro electric fan is also in the room
Also a on-suit loo and basin adjoins the bedroom.

Going through to the 2nd bedroom we have put the two single beds together to make a double bed, this has a brand new double mattress and headboard, for our teenage daughter and this works really well ( see photo ) If a additional bed is required then the sofa bed is in the lounge for use.
The room has a wardrobe, draws and mirrors on the wall.
Plus a USB socket for your phone as in the Master bedroom.

Then onto the very roomy bathroom, which consists of a full shower, a separate bath which is so handy ( small version but I fit)
Heated towel radiator.
Faith shower washes for your personal use.
All the fixtures you would find in a bathroom, including a towel mat.

Along the corridor Going into the kitchen we then find the cupboard which holds the hoover ( don’t worry no need for you to use )
This cupboard makes a great cloakroom, the ironing board is also in there while the iron is in a kitchen cupboard.

Then it’s into the kitchen/lounge ( seashore theme)
This is where you instantly see the island which houses the sink with the washing machine underneath ( this may shortly be changed to a dishwasher)
The boiler cupboard also is great to chuck in your shoes, sandles, wellies or dog stuff into.
There is a full size fridge freezer and the usual electrical appliances to use, all PAT tested,
The cupboards are stocked with plenty of lovely white crockery and the cooking equipment is all very good quality to cook those scrumptious meals using the local New Forrest produce, there is also a local farm that sells Sarah’s Dairy unpasteurised milk which is within walking distance!
The dining table sits 4 people, it has flaps to extend it if you need it bigger.
The kitchen adjoins the lounge, with 2 freestanding armchairs and the sofa bed and plenty of cushions which can also be used on the outside chairs and also a wicker stool which can be used outside too.The room is very lovely and light and full of lovely things including battery operated lights which really make it aglow in the evening.
The TV is again on the wall where you can tune into Netfix or Amazon to watch whatever and catch up on all the missed episodes of your fav dramas, this also works through the WiFi in the bedroom.
Hence there is no DVD player. A built in Wii is also available.
The fire place then sits underneath and when on or off adds a feature to the room
The central heating works amazingly so all cosy in Autumn/ winter month and of course the double glazing keeps things warm too.

The patio doors then open up onto the lovely front decking which then looks down on a patio area.
Where there is a teak table that can sit 4 people. There are 2 wicker relaxing chairs and coffee table on the decking, lovely to sit and have breakfast and lunch in the sun. Another 2 chairs of the same design are in the lock up so all 4 can be easily moved about especially during a bbq.
There are lots of potted palms and plants to surround you with and as the decking sweeps round there is a old teak bench to sit on and enjoy a book etc out of the sun then it continues past the main door and ends with a secure gate.
We have a sun parasol with 2 bases to move it around for shade, sun lounger, Charcoal bbq and utensils and lovely old teak benches scattered around outside the van to catch the sun.
Storage box, key safe and the beauty of you don’t have to look at parked cars as the slots are to the side are a bonus.

The location is so close to all the amenities on site and amazing for a quick dip in the outside pool ( pass needs purchasing )
There are so many wonderful places in walking distance, nature reserve, beaches, old woods with crazy bridges and paths, all leading on to wonderful places

We will supply bedding which will match the room decor ( pillows, duvets, sheets, fitted sheets) and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
Tea towels, dishcloths and washing up Liquid will be there for your use.
Also the usual tomato sauce, brown sauce, vinager, salt, pepper will be in the store cupboard including emergency tins of baked beans, pasta etc.
Teabags/ coffee/ sugar / squash/ biscuits and Long life milk will be there for your arrival.
All gas/ electric is included.
Everything is up to date in the rules for renting as in gas certificate, Fire blanket and extinguisher, PAT tested, fire/ carbon monoxide detectors.

Please bring your own wash towels.
Sorry but Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased during or in advance of your stay.

*Special Note
You are welcome to bring a small/ medium/ well behaved dog with you as I know he/ she will love it too.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read through all this info, this is the first time we have rented our caravan outside of family and friends so we want to make sure it is perfect for you when you arrive wherever your from.
Weeks from October are highlighted in blocks and then onward months until the Spring, but please contact me if it’s part weeks/ weekends you are interested in only, we are very adaptable and to answere any questions.
