Lovely caravan in a fab part of the park next to duck pond daughter loved feeding ducks everyday. Michal and Naomi were a pleasure to deal with so helpful before,during and after our holiday. If we were to visit Skegness again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just got back from a week in this caravan it’s lovely spotlessly clean a real home from home there’s nothing more you could ask for Anybody looking for a high spec caravan on a great location and great site we highly recommend booking this one We are already looking at dates for next year thanks again to the owners for great communication and correspondence Steve

This caravan was much much better than anticipated as not only was it on a fantastic site but also situated in a fabulous position in front of one of the many ponds. We loved feeding the duck, moorhens and all of their babies too made better viewing than tv. The caravan was well stocked with dvd's to watch (internet was really iffy this week.) Massive, good quality Television with plugs for games consoles etc (although we were 3 ladies so didn't really need them but great to know.) Very spacious and comfy too and the lovely owners had even left games in case of rainy days. Clean and would definitely return and recommend to friends as the contact between the owners was very good too. all in all YEAP worth every penny if not more

A wonderful home-from-home caravan with everything you could need and lots of little extras (games and dvds for all ages, night lights at the end of the beds ). Owners are very friendly and helpful, great at communicating all the information with us and resolving little issues. It was lovely having the decking overlooking the pond and ducks with the comfortable seating and parasols. The best private van we have stayed in and we would definitely book again if we came back to Southview, thank you for a wonderful stay. Completely out of the owners control, but with the site being so large swimming books up very quickly (it was pretty much full when we arrived) so you may want contact the park to get leisure passes and book activities before you arrive.

Arrived at the caravan earlier than planned as we were informed by the owners that the cleaning had been completed. When we pulled up we were pleasantly surprised where the caravan was sited and the decking surrounding it, great for our 2 small Shih Tzu's to sunbathe and watch the ducks on the pond. Walking into the caravan we found it extremely clean and very modern, home from home! Thank you, we will come again!

Took the kids away for October half term. The van was immaculate and has absolutely every you may need for your weeks stay. Plus central heating was a real treat. Lovely views over the pond and the ducks definitely became our friends. Definitely coming back. Thank you Michal for a lovely stay ??

Communication from owner prior to and during our stay providing us with information was excellent. Caravan was very clean on arrival. Owners had left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us, which was a lovely thought. Hand Sanitisers were left for our use, which was good because of the times we are in. Caravan is in a lovely position, close to amenities of the camp and next to a lovely little pond which has plenty of ducks (which our daughter loved to feed daily!). Definitely recommend this particular caravan/owner and would stay again if going back to Southview Holiday Park.

Great stay. The caravan was very clean and tidy and had all the things we needed whilst staying in the caravan. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will hopefully return next year. The owners were very helpful and responsive too.

Amazing location close to the theme park but no to close that it's noisy, very homely caravan with everything you could need inside it, hosts were lovely and greeted us at the caravan would stay again.
