Owner Description

This is a family owned, 2004 luxury holiday home sited on one of Lincolnshire's most popular and premier sites.

*Please note we only take bookings for Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. And we only hire for the full week*

The holiday home is double glazed and has a heating source in both bedrooms for the colder months and has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.

The lounge consists of an L-shaped sofa in the bay window, seating 6-8 people, a 46" Samsung LED TV with Freeview and blue-ray DVD player, a selection of DVD's and a gas fire. There is a separate dining area with dining table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, four ring gas hob, 2 slice toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge with ice box, all crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc.

There is a large shower room, which houses a shower and toilet and wash basin, which is the ensuite in the master bedroom, with access from the corridor. This bedroom has a large wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and storage cupboard.

There is also a separate toilet and wash basin in the corridor. The second bedroom is a twin room, with two single beds and a wardrobe and over bed cupboard.

There is a large grassed area for parking your car and sitting outside. Table and four garden chairs provided.

Please note an ashtray is provided but this is for outside use only.

These are all within all walking distance from the holiday home around 5-10mins walk. The beach is 10mins walk.

Amazing location close to the theme park but no to close that it's noisy, very homely caravan with everything you could need inside it, hosts were lovely and greeted us at the caravan would stay again.
