Light, airy & spacious 3 bedroom prestige holiday home, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the Mentmore area of the park. Our holiday home comprises of lounge, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, coat hooks with shoe rack & being fully pet friendly we have included their own unique hooks for hanging collars & leads. All of this helping to make this your ‘home from home’ for the length of your stay with us.
There is a car parking bay next to the property with both a grass & patio area to the side.
The caravan in only a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, where there are steps leading down to the sandy beach in one direction & also a 5 minute walk the entertainment complex.
Our holiday home offers modern, open plan living accommodation with french doors leading to a full width south facing veranda, where you will find rattan lounging chairs & coffee table (perfect for when you want to relax in the sun or sit with a glass of wine & a good book in the evenings).
In addition to the veranda there is side decking with secure gated access into the caravan. Our caravan is fully double glazed with mains gas central heating throughout.
OUTSIDE
Patio area to the side of the caravan has a free-standing table with 6 chairs (can seat up to 8 people) & large water-proof storage chest. Being situated on a south facing corner plot within this quiet cul-de-sac it provides ample grass area to allow children to play in safety.
LOUNGE/DINING/KITCHEN
The lounge area has fitted sofas (one with a pull-out bed), an electric fire, 40” Freeview TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player. Free-standing dining table & chairs (can seat up to 6 people. Modern fitted kitchen with large integrated fridge/freezer. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, toaster, gas oven/grill/hob, kettle, toaster, Tassimo machine & tea towel provided for you to use during your stay. There is ample cupboard & shelf space including storage sets, saucepans, crockery, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking knives & utensils. A tea towel will be provided for you to use during your stay.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious master bedroom with en-suite, dressing table & mirror, 24” wall mounted Freeview TV, & hairdryer. Overhead storage, built in wardrobes, bedside tables & wall lights. Room for a cot/travel cot at the end of the bed.

TWIN BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 – Two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double), 20” wall mounted Freeview TV, built in wardrobe, overhead storage & shelving, bedside table & wall lights

Please note passes are NOT included to use the facilities on site. These need to be purchased from reception on the park.

*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*
There is a £50.00 damage deposit required for this caravan.
We ask that the caravan is left clean, tidy & all rubbish taken to waste collection points.
We are keen to encourage all guests to recycle as much as possible, with a recycling & waste point very close to our holiday home.
We work very hard to offer great customer service & do everything we can to ensure you have the best holiday possible.
You will receive a welcome letter & confirmation, via email, within 24 hours of booking.
Closer to the time of your holiday we will call you to make sure you have everything you need. We will also send a welcome email a few days prior to your holiday which will also include the emergency out of hours number, should you have any issues during your stay.
