Luxury 6 Berth Static Home in Tenby

Lydstep Beach Holiday Village - Exclusive Haven Site

Our Caravan is a 2011, 6 Berth Aspen Holiday Lodge.

Located in a quiet, well presented cul-de-sac with friendly and approachable neighbours, there is no road danger for the kids. As it’s fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy some relaxing quiet time away from the stresses of home, you won’t need to take anything except personal effects, food and bedsheets! (And beer of course) It’s fitted with a modern Combi-Boiler heating system (the same you’d have at home) with water fed radiators in every room plus double glazing throughout so keeping warm and cosy will never be an issue. Nice thick carpets throughout the bedroom side of the caravan for extra comfort.

Master Bedroom - Double bed, en-suite (toilet & sink), plenty of wardrobe space plus large linen/storage cupboard, bedside tables and independent lighting.

2nd Bedroom - Two single beds, plenty of wardrobe space again.

Bathroom - Excellent glass fronted Power Shower with easy heat settings, toilet & Sink.

Kitchen - Kitchen is fully integrated and all units are gloss finish with solid oak work surfaces all round. Large integrated fridge freezer, integrated digital microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cleaning equipment - It’s all there!

On top of this there is so much storage/cupboard space there’s little chance you’d ever fill it all.

Although there is a laundrette on site, we also have a proper washing machine!

Living room - Large living room with L-Shaped fold out sofa bed. Officially sleeps 2 but could easily fit 3-4 children on there. Fold down dining table, slate grey ottomans. TV and Digital remote fireplace hanging off timber feature wall.

Large double doors front and centre of the caravan that open on to the decking area!

Decking - With 25m2 of wrap around enclosed decking, there’s plenty of space for you to enjoy the good weather without having to worry about the toddlers or dogs wondering off. Decking features small garden table & chairs plus rattan furniture. Built-In LED multicoloured uplighters that illuminate the caravan and decking at night.

Patio Area - Large slabbed patio garden area, again equipped with rattan furniture and outdoors storage boxes for kids to thrown their toys in overnight.

Parking - Front and rear grassed garden areas gives private parking for 3 cars without disturbing the patio area.

We had an enjoyable stay in this well-equipped caravan at this lovely location. Enjoyed the pool and entertainment centre, had a tasty carvery Sunday lunch overlooking the pretty bay. Would certainly recommend this accommodation as even though we were six adults, there was plenty of room.

We had the best time during our stay. The accommodation was perfect for us. Bedrooms were a really good size and the extra toilet and sink in the main bedroom was really useful. Carly answered any questions we had whilst we were there. The space outside was also ideal for the children to play and really safe. We would definitely stay again.

My family had a great stay at the caravan! Caravan has all that you need. Tidy clean and everything in working order! We enjoyed access to the pool in the park. Eating lunch at the restaurant overlooking the bay, what a view to have your lunch with. Kids loved the park, pool, arcade area, restaurant and outdoor play area. There is also a little grocery shop where you can get basics. The owners Mr and Mrs Costa were very responsive and helpful during correspondence. Lydstep where the caravan is located is close to Tenby where we frequented a lot during our stay. Fantastic beaches at Tenby just 10min drive away. Loved the whole coast line in the area. Beautiful. We went for a walk along the coast at Lydstep. Amazing scenery. Would recommend a stay at the caravan!!

Great find for us with the added bonus that our pet was allowed. Spotlessly clean, great cooking facilities, lovely comfy mattress and very spacious. Will definately book again, only reason for not giving 10 / 10 for the accommodation was the position of the bedroom, which was next to the main road into holiday park near the entrance so all cars that entered / left the site were driving past at regular intervals making it a little noisy in the mornings.
