This is a stunning pet friendly caravan with sea views. Graded as Platinum by Haven and located in a simply fabulous location on Chy an Mor.

Double french doors open onto the elevated decked veranda which wraps around to a large south facing decked area giving you all day sunshine (weather permitting) and outstanding views of the ocean and the amazing sunrises that Cornwall has to offer. There is an outdoor picnic bench & table for alfresco dining together with a rattan bistro set to sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon. The gate, makes it an enclosed safe area for the younger ones and also your equally precious 'four legged' members of your family.

As a Platinum Graded caravan you will have all the luxuries that will make your stay even more special, including all Bed Linen provided and beds made up for your arrival, king sized bed in the master bedroom and a bath in the en-suite. The kitchen is complete with washer/dryer, dishwasher & full sized retro style fridge/freezer.

Our outstanding position on Perran Sands provides immediate access to the park amenities and also the footpath down to the beach. With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year. There is also car parking next to the caravan.

Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a modern contemporary but homely feel. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa bed. opposite the seating area is a feature wall unit with four slimline cupboards and three floating shelves, set above a black flame effect electric fire. To the right of this unit there's a 40" TV & DVD with HDMI & USB Connectivity. there is also a built in Bluetooth system with integrated speakers.

Kitchen/Dining Room:
This stylish, well equipped kitchen contains everything you should need, including washer/dryer, dishwasher and built in microwave. All unit cupboard & drawers are fitted with soft close mechanisms and the door faces are in the same dusky pink as those in the lounge. There's a feature free standing fridge/freezer in a retro style. The other side of the kitchen has a four burner hob with separate oven and grill. The dining area has a smart, square, free standing dining table & four upholstered chairs. There's a modern three-globe light fitting above.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite Bath:
The king sized bed with pocket sprung mattress will ensure you have the perfect nights sleep. Duvets & pillows are provided as is bed linen, with beds made up for your arrival. Fitted wardrobes, shelves & vanity unit with stool, a mirrored dressing table with ample storage in the drawers. The colour scheme is a restful light timber with green accent and discreet LED strip lighting in the cabinets. There is a wall mounted 22"TV with built in DVD player.

The En-suite boasts a full sized bath with hand shower, washbasin & WC.

Twin bedroom:
Instead of having the beds side by side, the twin beds are at right angles giving a really spacious feel. Duvets & pillows are again provided as is the bed linen with beds made for your arrival. There's a double wardrobe with drawers and over bed cupboards with neat integrated LED strip lights set in the cabinet tops.

Bathroom:
Contains a large shower, washbasin & WC.
