Modern 3 bed on Lyons Robin Hood, sleeps 8 with pull out bed in the front room, 2 toilets 1 with shower and sink the other has toilet and sink gas/elec/bedding included in the price, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, travel cot and highchair if required on request (which fits in the double room ) I provide bedding for the amount of people that is stated when booking, (I don't provide bedding for the travel cot as you have to bring your own ) parking space at the side of the caravan for 2 cars, heating in rooms, fully equipped with tv and dvd and dvds, plates,bowls,cups,pots/ pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils, iron/ironing board, hoover, brush/dustpan, parasol outdoor/ indoor airers, 8 port usb charger, hairdryer, small straightners, outdoor table and chairs, gas cooker, tv/dvd in main bedroom, crazy golf on site, across the road from the beach, close to amenities, tennis basketball court all weather football pitch, swimming pools, arcade and amusements softball area for toddlers, showbar, sportsbar/diner, irishbar, cabaret club, launderette etc. There is a new indoor water park which has been built in Rhyl called sc2 fun for all ages whether its easter, halloween, bonfire night, christmas, new year or just a break away competitive rates long stays welcome min of 2 night stay apart from end of JUNE - AUGUST when I only take weekly bookings wifi available onsite, booking in from 11am and booking out 10 am, passes for the club and wifi are available to buy from the site on arrival for more info what is on the site look on Lyons Robin Hood website. I do not accept any pets or allow smoking in the caravan or overcrowd the caravan, if found to be breaking these rules you will be evicted and no money will be refunded. All I ask is for you to respect the caravan and remove all rubbish before you go, and if you break or damage anything please let me know before you go . I take a £50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR DATES WHICH IS TAKEN OFF THE OVERALL BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY IF YOU TURN UP AND A £50 DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF WHICH YOU WILL GET BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF LEAVING AFTER I HAVE CHECKED THE CARAVAN AND IT BEING LEFT CLEAN WITH NO DAMAGE OR LOSS.

Family of mum, dad, young daughter and grandma stayed for one week. Caravan was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Booked online which was very easy. Owners met us when we arrived to show us around the caravan and to answer any questions we had. Lovely genuine couple. They kept us updated via text messages and telephone to check everything was going to plan for e.g. date and time of arrival etc. Highly recommend this caravan.

This is by far the best caravan we have ever stayed in, it was beautifully furnished with heaters in every room. It was very clean and spacious and the owner Patricia was very accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again as nothing is too much trouble. Both myself and the children have loved it and was so nice at night to sit out on the decking with table, chairs and lighting provided will definitely be going back in the very near future. Thankyou for making our holiday so wonderful and being so accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou

We have stayed in Patricia and Keith’s caravan 4 times in the past couple of years. This time Patricia and Keith explained to us a couple of months before that they were to upgrade their caravan. On arrival we met at main reception as always; once we arrived at the caravan Patricia and Keith shown us around their new caravan it is very spacious and very modern with a lot more room PLUS an extra bedroom and toilet (which is handy when the other half well... is a bloke) to the previous 2 bed caravan the kids also loved to have a choice of bedroom. We have only been back just over 2 weeks and I’m already raring to book again! Thanks again for your great customer service and I’m sure we will see you very soon.
