Would absolutely recommend this caravan. Mark is so helpful and informative. Caravan is spotless and in a great position close to play park and club on site. I was able to bring my 2 small well behaved dogs which was a bonus. Caravan has everything you need for a great stay. We had a fab week.

Me, my partner and daughter had a lovely week away, it was all close to everything we needed, the caravan was tidy and mark was very helpful with what we needed, my daughter loved the game cupboard, there was no faults that we saw in the caravan which was good, the only thing we needed was a long veranda but we would book again

Just got back from an amazing 4 night break! Mark is a fantastic host, responds promptly to messages and reallh made us feel welcomed. The caravan is beautiful and was very clean with numerous added extras like, books, dvds, a Wii, games etc. The perfect base for walks with our beloved dog. I highly recommend this caravan if I could have given more stars, I would have. Thank you very much Mark, we will be booking again in the future!

Myself & my partner recently stayed here with our daughter, my mother & our two dogs. Lovely caravan with excellent facilities. Plenty of fun nights on the Nintendo Wii. Double bed was super comfy! Mark was brilliant, always quick to respond to msgs & overall seems like a lovely man. Close to all amenities. Overall we had a lovely stay.

We've not long came back from a weeks stay here. It was a beautiful van with no issues, mark was very helpful in answering any questions we did have. The van had a wii and loads of games for the kids to play if it was raining. We booked on short notice so all the money should of been paid straight away but mark even let us pay in instalments aslong as it was paid before we went then it was no problem as a family of 4 young children aged 13-1 that really helped. We travelled by train so was dreading having to carry everything with us but mark even provided clean bedding at no extra cost, I honestly could not fault mark or the van. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again

Recently stayed in this van with my teens and 2 dogs, it was lovely and homely. We were very happy with the facilities available to us, the WiFi, large TV, and Wii went down a treat for those relaxing evenings and the large double bed was very comfortable, thank you. The location was great for dog walks and it was easily accessible to other places. Communication and help from the host topped off our holiday too. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely re-visit.

Myself my partner 2 teenage children and 2 dogs stayed in this caravan Mark was very helpful with any inquiries we had he replied very fast. We was so happy with the endless equipment available to use in the van made it very homely for us. The price was also very good. When. MY WIFE & MYSELF AND OUR BORDER COLLIE SPENT A VERY ENJOYABLE WEEK IN THIS CARAVAN. ITS LOCATION IS VERY HANDY FOR ALL AMENITIES AND IT IS WELL EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE NECESSARY FACILITIES YOU NEED. AS THIS IS NORTH WALES AND THE WEATHER CAN'T BE GUARANTEED, MARK (THE OWNER) HAS MADE SURE IF YOU HAVE TO SPEND TIME IN THE CARAVAN THERE IS ENOUGH TO OCCUPY YOUR TIME WITH A BIG SCREEN TV, A GAMES ASSORTMENT AND EVEN A WIFI CONNECTION TO ALLOW YOU INTERNET CONNECTION. THE BEDROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND ENOUGH STORAGE SPACE. OUR BORDER COLLIE SEEMED TO ENJOY HIMSELF AS WELL, ESPECIALLY ON THE CLOSED DECKING, WHERE HE COULD SIT COMFORTABLY. FINALLY, I MUST THANK MARK WALSH (THE OWNER) FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO ENJOYABLE, NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE AND HIS COMMUNICATION BOTH PRE AND POST BOOKING WAS EXCELLENT. WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THIS CARAVAN FOR A WEEK IN NORTH WALES.

Lyons Winkup Ref 9704 Stayed in Lyons Winkup for a week in September. The caravan we rented from Mark Walsh (9704) was lovely and clean and went above and beyond with the facilities and personal touches i.e. a rainy day cupboard with DVDs, games, books etc. As well as basic store cupboard requirements should you forget to take them. All in all a lovely caravan, great site facilities, lots to do around the site around beach walks etc. And within a 30 minute drive some beautiful places to see. Thanks Mark we will definitely be in touch in the future ????

Had great week away in this Caravan , very clean and well equipped. Lots of extras included , books, games DVDs etc. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had in a caravan.
