Primrose Valley Holiday Park is vibrant and exciting, set in acres of landscaped parkland overlooking Filey Bay.

Magnolia Court is situated in a great quiet cul-de-sac location. 2 minute walk to Lakeside complex, with outdoor cinema, out door pool, lakeside restaurant and bar areas. 10 minute walk to the main complex and entertainment.

Our beautiful 2 bedroom caravan, Sleeps 6 and is Pet Friendly. Available to hire at Primrose Valley Holiday Park.
This caravan is a 2 bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with a pull out double bed in the room. Fully fitted kitchen, Bathroom with shower. Large TV with Freeview, DVD Player & Sky Box. Dining table and 4 chairs. Side & front gated veranda. Electric Fire. 2 Toilets. A beautiful location. Home from home caravan with everything you will need for your perfect holiday. Gas and electric included in the price. Double Glazed, Central Heating & with washing machine.

Bedding will be provided, with beds made up for your arrival. You will need to bring towels & tea towels. This is a pet friendly caravan for small to medium size house trained well behaved dogs.

Bookings are for : Saturday to Saturday

Check In Time ; 2 pm
Departure Time ; 10 am.
Keys are accessed via Key safe.
Lost keys will be charged at £50 per set which is the cost of replacing locks.

Primrose Valley Holiday Village is Haven's 5* Flagship Holiday Park, and boasts the following amenities, entertainment show bar, children's entertainment, activities, shop, fish & chip shop, Burger King, Papa John Pizza, restaurant & bar, Segway hire, beaches and many more.

Bridlington & Scarborough is only a 20 minute drive away. Filey is 5 minutes drive away. There is a Tesco supermarket 2 miles away in Filey and a 24 hour Tesco 8 miles away in Bridlington.

Dogs which are Not Allowed on the Site : Pit Bull Terrier / Japanese Toso / Dogoargentino / Fila Brasileiro

HAVEN FUNWORKS PASS CARDS
The price you are quoted is for the caravan and DOES NOT include passes for the Funworks and other activities on site. Funworks passes are available to buy on a per person basis (under4s are free!) and prices vary depending on the time of the year and how long you are staying. These prices are set by Haven, not us, and are non-negotiable.

The passes are purchased on arrival should you require them. Haven passes are not a requirement to stay in our caravan.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Total Cost of Caravan Hire

Deposit - A £50 per stay deposit is required at the time of booking.

Balance - The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, or in full if less than 8 weeks prior to your stay.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party. Being a family park we only accept bookings from family groups.

We can not accept bookings from young singles or all male/all female parties.

The lead guest must be over 21 years of age.

For the comfort of other guests we ask that you do not smoke in the caravan.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer.

A £75 Damage Security Bond is payable at the same time as your full payment. This will be refunded within 10 working days of the completion of your holiday, as long as no damage or loss has occurred.

BEHAVIOUR
If, in the opinion of us or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.

CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and notify us in writing within 3 days.

In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply ;

LIABILITY

We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc., These policies are available from Insurance Brokers.

Guest Comments

We stayed here for a weeks holiday in August with our two teenage Sons. The caravan surpassed all our expectations!! It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with it's own car parking bay and beautiful wrap-around veranda which gets the sun on it all day. It has two sets of rattan tables and chairs, ideal for eating outside in the sun. The interior of the caravan blew us away. It has a very modern interior, is exceptionally clean and has so many hidden extras eg. TVs in both bedrooms, washing machine, security alarm, sandwich maker, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner, to name but a few. The owners, Nicholas and Mandie were extremely thorough in their communication, providing all the necessary information prior to the holiday and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely holiday. I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of staying at Primrose Valley to book this caravan you will not be disappointed. Thank you once again for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan we will definitely be booking again in the future.
