Lovely 3 bedroom Willerby Rio caravan with patio area, decking and parking for 2 cars at side of caravan. Our caravan has double glazing, central heating, WiFi and Netflix.
It is situated close to all park amenities, beach and a short walk to the town centre.
Living room is spacious with a 43 inch television and DVD player.
Our caravan has three bedrooms which consist of one double and two twin rooms with televisions in every room. The beds will be made for your arrival. All bedding and towels to be placed in appropriate bags on your departure.
We also have a variety of board games and dvds.
Tea and coffee is provided for your arrival as well as all cleaning products and towels.

A £50.00 deposit is payable at time of booking to secure your holiday dates with the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before your arrival date.

Departure time 10.30 am.

We have just returned from an excellent seven-day holiday in this caravan the caravan was Immaculate and had everything you would need for a lovely holiday it is a short walk to the Beach, Haven site amenities and Berwick centre is in walking distance from the site. We would recommend this caravan for a holiday in Berwick on tweed.

We have just had a 4 night stay at this caravan. The caravan was the immaculate, the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, all beds were made up, and all the extra touches were so welcoming. The caravan is in an ideal location on site, close to the beach and the main holiday centre. We had excellent communication with the owners, would definitely like to book this caravan again.

We have just spent 3 nights in this van and it was amazing. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need in arrival. Beds made up with lovley bedding. The verander on the side is a lovley added bonus for outside dinning. We are back in August for a full week. Can't wait to be back.

We visited this caravan in May 2021 and had a fabulous holiday. The caravan was the cleanest we have ever stayed in and had everything you could possibly need for a break away. On arrival the caravan was immaculate. Beds were made up in the three bedrooms. The owners had left everything you could possibly want in the caravan . The outdoor patio furniture was an added bonus. The location of the caravan on the site was excellent. It was near to all facilities including the beach. I would highly recommend this caravan and would definitely look to return.

On arrival the caravan was immaculate. Beds were made up in the three bedrooms. The owners had left everything you could possibly want in the caravan and had even provided a high chair for our baby. The outdoor patio furniture was an added bonus. The location of the caravan on the site was excellent. It was near to all facilities including the beach. I would highly reccomend this caravan and would definitely look to return.
