Spacious & light 3 bedroom upgraded deluxe holiday home, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the Troon area of the park. Our holiday home comprises of lounge, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a large family bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet & basin, a cloakroom with toilet & washbasin & coat hooks All of this helping to make this your ‘home from home’ for the length of your stay with us. There is a car parking bay next to the property with both a grass & patio area to the side.

The caravan in only a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, where there are steps leading down to the sandy beach in one direction & also a 2 minute walk the entertainment complex. Our holiday home offers modern, open plan living accommodation with a large sitting room with flat screen TV & DVD, gas fire & separate dining area. Fully double glazed with mains gas central heating throughout with a heated towel rail in the main bathroom - ideal for all year round stays and extra blankets are provided by the owners to ensure you stay warm and cosy. Excellent storage throughout. In addition, there is side decking with secure gated access into the caravan. Our caravan is fully double glazed with mains gas central heating throughout.

OUTSIDE
Patio area to the side of the caravan has a free-standing table with 6 chairs (can seat up to 8 people). Being situated on a south facing corner plot within this quiet cul-de-sac it provides ample grass area to allow children to play in safety.

LOUNGE/DINING/KITCHEN
The lounge area has an L-Shaped fitted sofa (one with a pull-out bed), a gas fire, 32” Freeview TV & DVD player. Dining area with table, corner seating & two stools (can seat up to 6 people. Modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, toaster, gas oven/grill/hob, kettle, toaster & tea towel provided for you to use during your stay. There is ample cupboard & shelf space including storage sets, saucepans, crockery, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking knives & utensils. A tea towel will be provided for you to use during your stay. Welcome packs are provided on your arrival – containing tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & milk

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious master bedroom with built in wardrobes & bedside tables. Room for a cot/travel cot at the end of the bed. Bed linen is provided during your stay & beds will be made up for your arrival

TWIN BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 – Two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double, built in wardrobe, shelving, bedside table
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double), built-in mini-wardrobe & bedside table.
Bed linen is provided during your stay & beds will be made up for your arrival

MAIN/FAMILY BATHROOM
Spacious walk in shower, toilet, towel rail, basin, heated towel rail & built in storage.

EXTRA’S
One toilet roll in cloakroom & one toilet roll in main bathroom provided on arrival. Hand towels & bath mats are provided for you to use during your stay, but you will need to bring bath towels with you. Iron & ironing board, pegs & outside airer. Broom, dustpan & brush, mop & bucket. Some full-size hangers provided. Children's highchair, pushchair/stroller & bed guard available

Arrival is from 3pm with departure being strictly 10am (unless otherwise arranged to a later time)

Please note passes are NOT included to use the facilities on site. These need to be purchased from reception on the park.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There is a £50.00 damage deposit required for this caravan. We ask that the caravan is left clean, tidy & all rubbish taken to waste collection points. We are keen to encourage all guests to recycle as much as possible, with a recycling & waste point close to our holiday home. We work very hard to offer great customer service & do everything we can to ensure you have the best holiday possible. You will receive a welcome letter & confirmation, via email, within 24 hours of booking. Closer to the time of your holiday we will call you to make sure you have everything you need. We will also send a welcome email a few days prior to your holiday which will also include the emergency out of hours number, should you have any issues during your stay.
