We are so excited and looking forward to the 2023 season at Withernsea sands park dean resorts, a little bit about us we are a family run caravan,, we got the caravan to help our family be able to have breaks away last minute or as and when we would like,,, We decided that we wanted to then help other families similar to our situation or not be able to get away and make some lovely family memories in a relaxing caravan on a nice site with things to do and be able to offer the holidays at cheap prices even during school holidays since we got the caravan we have had lots of lovely families book with us since 2019 and they have had such a lovely time and they've had the chance to make some amazing memories, with some of them rebooking again and again over the years were so pleased to be part of that, we try to make everything from start to finish as easy as possible for every guest Willerby salsa echo 3 bedroom sleeps 8 double glazed fully heated ,parking bay, dvd player, games console . tv,freeview , dvds and games, shower 2 toilets microwave ,toaster, kettle, cooker , fridge, fully equipped kitchen onsite has clubhouse and restaurant ,day and night entertainment ,arcade, heated swimming pool , parks ,crazy golf, onsite shop and launderette few minutes walk to the complex , 5 minutes walk to the beach , plenty to do in local area including lots of events games, books, jigsaws, iron, ironing board etc ***Passes can be purchased separately from reception on your arrival withernsea sands has plenty to offer guests on site,, locally withernsea it self has so much more to offer , beach , arcades , swimming baths, plenty events hosted , restaurants , take aways , pubs , lighthouse ,,,, you definitely wont be short of places to go and things to do

We have a lovely homely 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan with two bathrooms, dg and fully heated our caravan is sited at the lovely withernsea sands and withernsea has so many lovely things to offer visitors to enjoy and can be hired out all year round too, perfect for a family holiday ????????????????

We are so excited and proud to announce our stunning new willerby salsa eco 35ftx12 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan with dg and ch and insulated all way round has 2 toilets spacious shower. Just so much bigger and nicer looking then the old one plenty of storage areas too.. it is fully equipped with everything u could possibly need for your stay
The caravan can be hired out all year round even xmas and new year and with the dg and fully heated and being fully insulated it makes the cold winter days and nights outside toasty/cosy warm inside

The caravan is also even closer to the complex more then half the distance closer then the old one was can also view from the caravan your kids playing in the zip swing park too and the field without hearing all the noise ;-)
Beach is 5 minutes walk from the site
And town 10 minutes drive or 15/20 minutes with so much to do too and events and kareoke going on most nights in withernsea

prices do not include passes these are purchased separately on your arrival from reception

Pillows and duvets are provided but guests are required to take there own bed linen and towels etc

There is also an additional returnable £50 damage/keyloss security bond added to all bookings but this is returned to your once your holiday is over and the caravan has been checked

The caravan is strictly a NO SMOKING caravan anyone found to be or have been smoking inside will lose there deposit ..
Well behaved pets are allowed for a small pet fee
Responsibility for pets is that of there owners any accidents or damages must be taken care of and thoroughly cleaned or paid for or replaced by the guests . Pets must not be allowed on any furniture or beds and not left alone/unattended in the caravan during your stay

1 double room and 2 twin bedrooms can use sofa in living room for a pull out bed to sleep another 2 people (caravan sleeps 8 people) well equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom with toilet / shower / sink, outside has wooden table and benches ... tv etc in the caravan

For added culture and excitement, visit hull, boasts some superb museums and attractions like the deep, cinemas, ice skating, bowling, dinosaur, alsorts.. easy bus access to everywhere too or driving is about 40 mins

Elsewhere theres also fort paul, burton constable hall bridlington with its lovely beaches to and see front and sewerby hall
Also close to hornsea about 30 mins drive , hornsea free port, boating lakes, honey suckle farm, shops
