We're a family woth young children that decoded to venture a little further and wow. We definitely weren't disappointed from the moment of enquiry to our stay and throughout we can't fault the caravan or the owner at all. Very clean, spacious and probably the best caravan we've stayed in. Chris was on hand throughout our stay making sure everything was OK and any issues we had were quickly resolved. Very friendly and made the experience very good for us. The location of the caravan itself is great too. We would 100% recommend this caravan to anyone. We may even return again next year

We’ve stayed in this caravan twice now and would highly recommend. The owners are really helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The caravan location is great for the small park ,cliff tops , dog exercise area and the entertainment complex. The caravan is really lovely inside the dishwasher is a Bonus! the decking is great for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun and also having a safe outside space for my dog to enjoy, would highly recommend and will be back again ourselves in the future ????

Excellent caravan, very clean and modern, great location especially if you have young children as it has a small playground close by. Quite location with no passing traffic. Good selection of kitchen items. Very spacious and lovely decor and soft furnishings. Very good communication from owners. Highly recommend *****

The best caravan I’ve stayed in with a dog! Great location, lovely caravan, Chris the owner was very helpful and always replied to any query. The layout was different but worked well especially with younger kids. Next to a small playpark and on the last line to the coast/playing fields. Very quiet location but an easy 5 minutes to the facilities. Large enclosed decking area equally good for little ones and dogs!! I will definitely be back

Just spent 4 night here and I have to say one of the best caravans I’ve been too. Ideally placed next to playground and as we had a dog it was 50 yards to an area to walk the dog. Site was clean and mini market more than adequate. Two pubs nearby so eating out was easy and Filey is 10 mins away. Have to say a special thank you to the owner Chris who kept us informed and pointed us in all the right direction to make sure we had a great experience. Will use again should we return to this area, but highly recommended for families and dog owners. Caravan is spacious and has everything you need and well maintained.

We have just returned from this van today. We often visit Filey and have stayed on various sites , if you have children and or a dog then the location is perfect. The van itself is very nice inside everything you need and more . The only thing I would add is a carpet mat inside the door as the carpet is lovely and clean and we didn’t want to dirty it. (we placed a towel on the floor) . This will now be our first choice holiday home if it is available We have booked again for June. . The site itself is very nice and well maintained but we didn’t use any of the facilities due to us taking our dog. There are 2 pubs 5 mins away that let you take dogs inside whilst you have a meal. Bulls head at Gristhorpe and the Royal Oak near primrose valley. Both do lovely food. Great communication with the owners Looking forward to June. Thanks.

Stayed here for a week with our adult son. The van is well situated, close to the sea and not far from the facilities. Overall the van is in good order with everything you need including a dishwasher. The bedrooms are at either end with the living space in the centre, which we found to be a good layout. The balcony area is a good size meaning you can sit out in the evening. Plus the bonus of 2 shower rooms. Communication to and from the owner was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this Caravan for anybody looking to book. Modern fully equipped and well situated on the park.

Lovely, modern caravan on an amazing plot next to park. Clean, spacious, amazing views, cant fault anything. Had the best week here, would definitely reccomend.

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night break in this immaculate modern spacious caravan, location on site perfect for our family dog with a massive dog area to walk & play on, this was fantastic for all of us, quiet and private with loads of freedom & open space. The caravan is brand new and beautiful making it a nice change from some vans we have stayed in which have been a bit drab and old fashioned. This van is Spotlessly clean, comfortable, plush & modern, lovely comfortable beds pillows & bedding, decent pots & pans and everything you need for your stay. Had an absolutely fabulous relaxing break in this 5* caravan. Chris the owner very helpful with all info needed very easy to book very good communication great experience would absolutely stay here again and again. Just fantastic Thank you so much.
