This is a fully equipped caravan with double glazing and central heating throughout. It consists of an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. Outside has a private and secure garden and decking, garden furniture for outside dining with views overlooking the countryside towards Mynydd Rhiw and Aberdaron Bay, and parking space.
The lounge is very spacious, light bright and airy with windows to both sides and a huge front window to enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. The lounge consists of an electric fire and TV with DVD player. The dining area has a table with four chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped along with a gas stove and microwave.
Electricity via £1 or £2 coin meter.
Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made for your arrival. Guests to bring their own towels please.

Cae Graig is a family working farm that is surrounded by breath-taking views. The picturesque Village of Aberdaron is only a 5-10 minute drive away, where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape and have a drink or a bite to eat in one of the 2 Pubs or Cafes. Aberdaron also has a Fish and Chip shop which uses local freshly caught lobster and crab, as well as a bakery for those with a sweet tooth. The newly refurbished Spar has everything you need! The Village is on the Wales Coastal Path, or if you fancy climb Mynydd Rhiw has spectacular views of the whole Llyn Peninsula, we honestly feel privileged to live here.
For those who love nature and being outdoors, Cae Graig Caravan lies in the 'Pen Llyn a'r Sarnau' Special Area of Conservation (have a look at their website: http://www.penllynarsarnau.co.uk/home1d29.html?lang=english).
If you fancy a great day out on the sea, why not take a trip to Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island) a small Holy island off the tip on the Lleyn. Boat trips start from Porth Meudwy, a little fishermans cove near Aberdron. You must book a place on the boat in advance, details can be obtained from the Bardsey Island Trust (https://www.bardsey.org/).
Pwllheli is a busy market town with its impressive new marina and two glorious beaches is only 14 miles away. Wednesday is market day in Pwllheli, where there is always a bargain to be had. Also, in the town centre you will find many shops and supermarkets, selling everything you will need for your holiday.
Abersoch is only 9 miles away and is a popular seaside Village full of bars and restaurants that cater for every need and boutiques for some retail therapy!
PAYMENT-
Hire for up to four (4) people is £450 Per Week, 5/6 people will be £500 per week.
Saturday Changeover Day. Weekly Bookings Only; from £350.00 during Low Season to £500 during High Season per week. Plus £35.00 for ONE Dog
Weekend/short stays can be arranged during Low Season from £85 per night (depending on how many guests will be staying). MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS.
Payment available by Bank Transfer or Cheque
TERMS & CONDITIONS -
Arrival should be no earlier than 4pm and the property must be vacated before 10am prompt please, on the day of departure.
No person in excess of the number stated when booking is to occupy the property.
The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the property, all damages must be reported and paid for.
The hirer agrees to keep the premises in a clean and tidy condition.
Strictly NO smoking inside the caravan. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense to the hirer.
A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required when booking, the balance is required in full 2 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Bookings are held for 5/7 days to allow time for deposit to arrive.
